A couple of my smart plugs stopped working and I opened the app, but it won't accept my login and password. It also won't let me reset my password. I went to the Cloud Intelligence site, chatted, then they redirected me to their "email experts". There the have to charge your credit card or PayPal $46 before you even get connected. It looks like I can no longer use the smart plugs.

every conceivable solution. I'm stumped. They all stopped working at the same time. Very suspicious. Plus there is no name/number on anything. It does state a 2 year warranty. It's been a year. After reading reviews, it seems I won't be using my plugs again, nor will I purchase again. OK...today (6.1.22) I installed smart home app. SAME ICON; called Smart Life - Smart Living. ...and it worked! All of them! After rereconizing a few, success. Don't use this! The C.I. is a defunk app. Capisce?

Plenty of instructions. There's time while connecting to figure out what to do next. Easy to restart if you do it wrong. Lots of labels. No problems once I got into the app The only trouble I had is it's an intertek brand but it made me download cloud intelligence They need to have both names on the product to prevent confusion. I didn't have the box/instructions so I had to figure this out on my own.

App works most of time. However occasionally, it loses all of the devices. I have to relink all devices when it occurs. Google home has trouble frequently linking with CI after this. Very frustrating!!! I don't have this issue with other automation clients. Seems when my phone gets an update, it tends to wipe out the settings.

Suddenly stopped working today. Trying to log in, always says Error. Can you fix it, coz its actually not doing its purpose, like its useless that we now have to turn on/off everything since its no longer working.

App says it's updating and then just keeps saying updating. I cannot turn on and off my stuff unless it updates so the app is currently holding everything hostage. Not very smart at the moment.

It works. Thats all i wanted. So great purchase. Dont quite understand the whole location access permission..unless China just has trackers on every product it sells. But hell you can know exactly where i am all i care. 'Preciate the working smart outlets

Cloud Intelligence? Seems if it were Intelligent, the devices on the *"device list" (where ever that is) would all speak Chinese and a device list would not be needed but, they don't and these *devices are proprietary to "Cloud Intelligence" app only. The answer to everyone's problems; Please! Please! Please, provide a device list.

Haven't had a chance to really use it but so far so good. I was a bit concerned with the setting up process only it worked itself out as I went a long. It's been easy peasy at the very start of downloading the app and plugging in my 1st smart plug. It's simple enough. I've got a couple bulbs so far. Looking to expand my newly learning home. It's not smart, yet... can't wait...

No point in having a home sceen widget if it constantly forgets the devices and you have to go back into the app to add them. Every. Single. Day.

Worked great for 6 months or more then all of a sudden it won't connect to Google Home anymore. I've tried anything I can think of.

Only allows 5 scheduled events per smart plug. Normally that's probably not a problem, but I needed to have a water pump scheduled for multiple short runs per day. The choice of limiting to an odd number is... odd. Not every on cycle gets an off.

Currently Error 400001 ,use for kvc 1600 micro inverter. When works its great, nice app, BUT when won't sync or issues its a nitemare and have to reinstall inverter and loose all information, power created etc. Piss poor / zero customer service. Only use as only app for my inverters.

Very disappointed.. I try to login and always getting error messages. Losses its sync, and messages are in different language, don't even understand what it says the issue is.

It took a couple of tries but I got it. The actual Smart Plug I have was not "pictured". I found the reset button on the side of the plug.

Logs user out after each use. If you use it 10 times per day, you will need to log back in 10 times per day. When you log back in, its hit or miss whether it works. Uninstalled/reinstalled multie times, no difference. If I could give LESS than 1 star - I would.

A bit difficult to get started, once you get it figured out you can work with it better. Took a few tries before the app started to recognize the device's.

Decided to go with cheaper plugs period from Amazon. That was the worst decision I have ever made. I bought the 4 pack and none of them work. I tried to connect to my home network and it tells me that my router password is too long and then it watched me to change it . 1st off that's ridiculous. Then I make sure the lights are blinking on the device and it tells me to find the Wi-Fi network and connect to it. But that never shows up on the Wi-Fi network. Which makes this app completely usele

I finally got the app and lights set-up. They turn and off with the click of a button. I set-up a timer on/off daily at a set time for my Christmas lights and they turn on, but won't turn off. Or don't turn on at all. What am I doing wrong? Or is the App garage? Everything else works, so I am giving it three stars (Just OK).

This is the worst app ever! It has no info on how to troubleshoot a problem when trying to get your device to connect and very little on how to do it in the first place. This app blows DONT BUY ANYTHING THAT NEEDS THIS APP

Since latest update all devices show as offline (but still controlled OK by Alexa). Have to log in everytime and Ts & Cs in Chinese language. Was a good app, not anymore
