Had some app problems but suspecting that it had more to do with the network we were on than the app itself. Being a network person, when I was away from the conference center during the app had zero issues, only happened while I was at the center itself. I feel the only app update would be the map. That was frustrating.

app doesn't actually work. here's what the experience is like click a tab to view your schedule, wait 2 full minutes, it loads the day that is not today, click the tab with the right day, wait 2 full minutes, app crashes, reopen, repeat, schedule loads, but at the top and you need to scroll down to see what's next. scroll down, wait 2 full minutes, scroll again, wait 2 minutes. finally get to the current session just in time to find out the room is on the other side of the conference and you can get there around the time the session ends. Thanks Google.

this app is terrible and i can't believe Google is letting this exist and frustrate conference attendees. the map is totally unconnected to the rest of the app. if i look at the schedule and then wish to see where a session is i can't click on the room number and be shown the map. i have to go to the map tab and search for that room. if i switch away from the map, the map resets and i have to search again. want directions? good luck. there aren't any.

very frustrating. content rarely loads. i know we are on the middle of the event but it has been nearly impossible to look up my schedule, the map, various sessions etc. I am also perplexed why you wouldn't have built in an 'Add to Calendar' feature

[SLOWNESS FIXED] - Disabling the "Send anonymous usage data" through the NEXT App settings will cause the app to run much faster and offers a smoother user experience. Today has been hell navigating the crowded conference with this slow app. Wish I figured this out sooner lol.

Very unstable. On my pixel 3 it will freeze up for thirty seconds at a time. Your cursor randomly moved around in text boxes when typing. Very disappointing.

I am trying to run this app on an Android device. the app freezes and crashes. on occasion it crashes the Android OS itself so the phone reboots... disappointing...

Laggy and freezes my phone. Sometimes nothing loads at all. At least show an error message. ince it works, the app is very handy.

App needs some attention. Maps will load 25% of the time, or freeze and require app reboot. Surveys not loading for some sessions I attend or get 20+ survey request for a class I'm in.

The user experience is poor. Information is spread out so constant scrolling to remind items.

It hangs and does give info. It won't successfully present my schedule or even the venue maps.

Cannot sign in... signed in to web successfully but same email address returns 'incorrect email address' on app

app constantly crashes on my phone pixel 3 to the point i need to reboot the phone.

Can't log in with Google Account Code 10 Message 10. Key issue looks like.
