This used to be so good l, and I'm not sure what happened. Recently the app doesn't show calls coming in, my phone vibrates and then I have to go into the app to answer. Before it would pop ontop of everything to show the call coming in but that hasn't worked in a few months. I'm also noticing that the transfer number is now marked as scam likely which may also be causing issues. Not sure what happened but we've had cloudphone for about 2 years and lately it seems like it's falling apart.
First of all the voice answering system is unreliable most of the time it doesn't catch and it just rings and your phone does not ring indicating you're getting a call so I'm missing calls because of the service this application does not give you an option to place calls through the regular cell Line app it only allows you to make calls through a VoIP app and then the app does not allow you to make voip calls over your 4G connection only wifi. That makes things very inconvenient that's the reason why I felt this service should give you some kind of free trial before charging you but no they charge you top dollar and give you low rate service.
I am new to cloud phone. When I called it from a different phone it did as it should how ever when I pressed 1 for the transfer it went silent for a minute and took forever to ring my phone. And I almost hung up as if it want working. Then it started to ring. It would be so much better if music can be played or a please hold or something so they (the caller) knows to hold on.
I've been a customer for about a year. I have an Android and the app doesn't let you text a number unless they are saved as a contact. This is extremely inconvenient. Fix this and I will change my rating to 5 stars
Ive been a customer for a year and i finally had enough...customers always have a hard time hearing me and they cut out un the middle of talking for every email or notification...i switched to nextiva and the sound quality is much better however their app doesnt import my google contacts...ughhhh
been a customer since 2018 was great for years however they are failing in 2021 app has issues cant log in im not getting my business calls. customer service is not responding either . I need app issues resolved and to be contacted asap and i will change my review!!
AWFUL! Customers can't hear me, fax half works...costing me thou$ands of dollars! Customer service is limited to a chat box and tickets; I can't get real help at critical times, losing so much money!!!
don't get notifications for calls or text When my friend tried to call me never oed to ky extension. Only tried to get her to sign up waste of my $20
The APP SAYS FREE FOR 30 DAYS BUT AS SOON AS I GOT MY CARD ON THERE IT WAS TRYING TO GET ME TO PAY FOR IT!! I DON'T RECOMMEND FALSE ADVERTISING

They are not giving USA and Canada numbers for free they are selling it.

This is an awesome app, and an even better service. Between transcribing my messages, screening my calls, and allowing me to present customers with a professional-sounding phone tree, Cloud Phone easily fills my business needs. But on top of that, it's also so easy to use and so affordable that it has pretty much replaced the native phone in my app entirely and has me looking into data-only plans.
I have Alcatel one touch idol 3. App doesn't let me dial out unless on wifi. Doesn't let me accept calls through the app at all. Tech support has worked on the issue since a week after i had the service. They keep blaming it on different things like the previous carrier or the network. They can't find a solution and don't communicate well at all with each other on updates.
Easy to use & has all the great features I need to run my business. Professional greeting, dial by number directory, forwards to my cellphone if I need it to, business hours! Love Cloud Phone!!
I'll admit I have a peculiar situation. I have tried ALOT of paid providers/services/apps. This is by far superior in every way. Thanks cloudphone.
They ate my $ balance and now won't even answer my emails. Disgusting!
It was a good app, but the last year calls, caller id and voicemails don't show up. What's the point of having this service. Please fix the problems asap.
