I alw!ys have to smash the print button till it works for somereason always says error try again

Very disappointed, the product is broken and there appears to be no support whatsoever. This use to be a capable Printing App. Now crashes with everything I go to do, including simple things like even Searching for a Printer to use, or pretty much anything else the app should be able to do. Hope they can fix it so is usable.

This app allows me to print via my phone when Lexmark's own printing apps failed me miserably! Thank you!! Would pay a one time fee to get rid of ads for life!!!

Wasn't given a chance to even try to use this app. The prompts for set up were totally obscured by the banner ads on the lower third of the screen. Even when you close the ad by tapping the miniscule x at the corner of it, tapping the reason that the ad covered the content, the ad is then replaced by 'this ad was removed by Google' After a dozen tries with the exact same results, uninstalled it because it was obvious whoever is behind this app doesn't want you to use it.

I can't thank you enough! My Brother printer stopped working due to software updates, I've spent much time over the course of many days trying to solve the problem. Brother was of no use, they're only fixing the issue on certain models and mine isn't one of them. I'd just about given up and would've thrown my printer in the trash, despite the fact that the machine itself functioned well prior to the software update. Your app is quick and easy to set up and use. You saved the day! Thanks again!

Does not work - keeps stating the document was printed but didn't. Using a canon wireless printer

It's loaded with ads, not just one, 4 ads per page. At the top, 2 in the middle and one at the bottom next to the tiny print button. But mostly it got 1 star because it didn't print the document. Don't waste your time on this ad..?? It's not an app !

Pop up ads totally ruin utility by covering content. When ad is dismissed, google banner telling you it was dismissed..duh.. with google message, remained in same place still blocking the same key content. When it works and you do not need to select an alternate printer seems ok. Google and cloud print, get your stuff together.

Hi, I really love this app but it would better if this app show interface to like shows how print going be look like and need of custom range setting instead range "From" and "To". Because I need to print specific pages Not all pages. So it would be better if these problem sort out for better experience to User. Thanks Regards

Details missing. Under print options the option 2-sided SHort is mispelled. SHort should be Short. Also, specified parameters like page ranges are NOT being passed onto the printer, forcing the print out of the entire document. Thank you for fixing, and you will get 5 stars. :)

It even works with my old Laserjet 1018 connected to USB print server. You have to have a Windows system connected to the printer, but the mobile app picks it up no issues. Couldn't believe it worked. Great app!

You have to pay for android and windows app separately. I did not know it. I have paid in android store expecting things would work. But did not. Android payment is for no ads in android app. For windows app you need to pay separately. I had email and the team had refunded my android app money. Thanks for quick response. Would suggest to have a unified payment for both android and windows and/or mac app so that this confusion does not arise. The app by it does what it says. I can print wirelessly to my canon usb printer. Thanks team.

It didn't print pic. Also I thought that I had read that there would be a preview of the pic and there was not one. Also it gave very few choices of size to print. Lastly a window popped up that said it had successfully printed when it hadn't.

Works fine, but 2 things I don't like. First you can not open a photo and simply print, you have to open the app then do your things. Secondly there is no 4" x 6" paper size to choose from., But maybe I did not get it..

I cannot log into my Google account when the login window appears, it stucks at it, i can only go back.

Easy to use and gave great printouts!!

Requested a refund from Google Play. Printer would not appear. No documentation except confusing reference to being on the same network and usb printer that requires a binary file download. No def of what printers will work. Did not recognize wifi printer so didn't work. Paid version. company did respond and tried to help so 4 stars but the lack of complete info before purchase documentation is the problem.

I could have easily given this app more stars if it were not for the very confusing layout. A powerful app but just needs a more simplified structure.

You still need computer to do this and install ghostscript. I tried unistalling it, didn't work

had to Hotspot mobile data to my printer but this was the o ly app I could easily get to print with the printer after that. so if u have to Hotspot to your printer to print this is the print app to use for sure

Very easy to setup. Print resolution was not so great, but I don't believe that's the fault of the app.b

It works mostly. It ALWAYS prints two sided by flipping the short edge.

It's very poor I can't vote it excellent because do you know I have to print my important documents but it's keep on taking me out its always coming like 'Unfortunately,Cloud printer stopped working' UGH I hate this freakin app ohgh nobody will like it ldk if someone will like it or what freakin game!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic app. Found my Samsung printer straight away and started printing no bother. Paid for the ad free version soon after. Finally found a printer app to replace the useless Samsung app.

started pretty good but then being in an office and sudenly having an ad blast with full audio from my phone when i tried to print is not fun also seems that with a new update it does not work at all anymore for me

Unsafe program. Microsoft won't let me open the PC program to add a USB printer. It says the program is unsafe and removed the .exe file. To clarify, Norton also called it unsafe.

Am not too familiar with cloud printer, because I have not long installed this excellent looking app However, I will get use to Cloud Pri terminal before long. Thank you Rosaline L Thomas + Cloud Printer stands out like me, with my Sunday Hat on. Over and out.
