This app is well known to give headaches .. users don't get notified when someone calls, app settings change automatically.. requires frequent restart.

using Asus smartphone , app not working properly , don't get incoming call ring / notifications . using cloud nom given by organization and scan code given by your team for same. i get to know missed calls only when app opened explicitly . all permssion given as requested at start of installation . tried reinstalling multiple times , still same issue

This app consistently overrides the Android system's do not disturb to vibrate when receiving an incoming call. I've tried multiple settings and nothing works short of airplane mode. I'm sick of getting woken up in the middle of the night.

Cloud Softphone was running fine until I changed the ring tone from default. It will pick up the call but ring tone will only did one beep and stopped. Even I changed it back to default ring tone still the same, have to reset the cloud softphone and login again. Also recently have a few dropped off in the middle of a call. Just updated to the latest 2.1.9 still have issue with ringtone. If I use bluetooth headset and set it not to use default ringtone. Both from the phone and headset will NOT ring with incoming call, set it back to default ringtone back to normal both ring. Seem don't have the dropped off issue now.

Worked great via iPhone XS max. Switched over to Note 10+ and have had issues just about every call. Phone rings but as soon as i try to answer it drops and shows a retry or cancel screen. Same happens with outbound. Ive been successful with maybe 2/10 incoming calls. I use this app daily for work and this has been an awful experience. Please fix and i will change me review.

Excellent app, this is what we use for our main business line and for our staff mobile phones and it has been a stable reliable experience. On occasion when there has been an issue or two we were able to have this corrected with the help of our service provider Telepath.

Doesn't recognize external audio input/output. No way to set external in/out in settings. Would be great if this could be used with an external usb microphone/headset.

Seems to choose whether it wants to work. Can usually get a call or 2 out over 4g before it stalls on 'trying'.... WiFi works slightly better than 4g but defeats the object. Tried on p20 pro, S7 and S10 same result. EE UK is the provider.

The app is good... The only restrictions is when you search a contact from phone the number has + prefixed to the number which is saved. Which prevents the dialling. So you to dial the full number without +. Please fix this on priority

Awful. I can't hear people at the other end of the line. Calls ring forever even after calls have ended. Can't dial out at all sometimes. Terrible experience.

Don't get notifications for text messages and it splits threads apart for no reason. Sometimes when answering phone no one is there but then I get a voicemail.

Often time I don't know this app has stopped working until complaints about missed calls come up. Restarting my phone helps for a while, but eventually the app stops receiving incoming calls again.

Tried it on two different phones, can't log in. I just get an error saying "external provisioning error". Really need to be able to make calls...

More stable but still having issues. Missed an important call because the answer button did not respond. App crashed when I tried to call back.

I used this app on a mobile telephone HUAWEI 10 Pro. I did not find how to stop the program when I have no reason to use it. This app is discharging the battery (quickly).

The contact list needs a favorites view where you can see a smaller list of contacts for quick dialling... Just like Zoiper has.

If I call more than 20 times a day (which is very neccessary for me and my work) the whole audio in my phone is muted and cannot be unmuted until i restart my phone or something like that

İ reccomend everybody not to buy their service.Support doesnt work.It is already 3 days i cant get any help.This app doesnt also work.I type ky email and password but it doesnt even react my login click.At the same time the website doest work.I bought a service and i cant even return it.Bought number doesnt get any message despite it is wriiten in the description section Talks/Text.

Phone rings but app doesn't launch when it does so I have to move fast to launch the app or I will miss the call.

After the update from today I cannot do any call, The application was replace some default app..... why?????. I hate this

There is no way to close the app unless you force stop. Otherwise it works well.

After answeing a call, the call ends or in other cases I cannot hear the other person .. Worked before :(

It keeps forced-closing whenever i want to make a call. Eventhough I could still receive phone call. What am I supposed to do?

Calls constantly mute after around 30 seconds.

Have problems receiving notifications for incoming calls.

Works as described. Also doesn't pester me with "rate our app 5 stars"

Never had a call longer than 10 minutes that didn't get dropped
