Cloud Space of CM Security

This app never even lets me open it! It either says "Network not available" or "Server Error" 99 out of 100 times. I only keep this app because I have old photos stored that need to be copied. Hopefully the issue I mentioned above can somehow be corrected.

yes while login it showing network not avilable error. team, please resolve the issue. i have backup all ky contacts.

This app used to be ok but eventually i just can't log in to access my information i don't know what is happening

CM Family Products have been very good to me, @least so far.

It's 2 bad this App hz been such a DISASTER... I'm actually a pretty BIG FAN of MOST of ths DEV's OTHER APPS, but unfortunately THIS APP has GIVEN ME NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. AFTER I had BACKED UP my DATA to the "SUCCESSFULLY," according to the App, I thn rcvd a popup msg tht my Acct "DID NOT EXIST." And, yet, I wz UNABLE to REGISTER for a NEW ACCT bcuz the App wld give me a msg tht I "ALREADY HAD AN ACCOUNT." And EVERY TIME I try to go to ONLINE to "MANAGE [my] ACCOUNT," I am IMMEDIATELY KICKED OUT of the SITE. Honestly, IF IT WEREN'T FOR my YEARS of GOOD EXPERIENCES w/ ths DEV w/ MULTIPLE OTHER APPS of THEIRS, I would SERIOUSLY THINK tht THIS APP wz some type of SCAM to get access to people's private info. Thts why, DEV, you might want to consider PUTTING SOME WORK INTO this APP--cuz ths is the 2nd BAD REVIEW I've LEFT and I DON'T really LIKE DOING this--ESPECIALLY, w/ APP DEVS I've had GOOD EXPERIENCES w/ the MAJORITY of their PRODUCTS, but I'm jst trying to LOOK OUT FOR ALL THE OTHER MOBILE USERS...

How are you supposed to trust an app that explains itself with really bad grammar and typos? It looks like one of those phishing emails that claims to be from your bank. I really LOVE all the CM apps, and have settled on 3 that I use regularly. Between that and the bad reviews I'm too afraid to use this. I had to install this just to leave a review, but it's getting deleted as soon as I'm done here. Trying to find a cloud app, definitely won't be this one.

The earlier version would back up text so I could view them. The new version won't let me restore them. I have some very personal text that I thought were safely backed up so I could view them later. My partner passed and now all of my treasured text are gone. Broke my heart not to have all those special reminders of how much he loved me. When I contacted them for help I got nothing.

Like many of the other reviews, I got a new phone, reinstalled CM cloud space to access my photos but can't log back in. Please fix this! It's so annoying and I have hundreds of photos that I can't access. Fix this and I'll rate 5 star

When I still had an old version of cm I backed up all my precious photos but when I updated it,i no longer see any option of restoring my photos. I'm really worried

8/19 update. . Still says network unavailable when I open app. I used cm security and cm cleaner to back up items and no matter what device including the original, regardless of what app the entire website is unavailable. I need my items back...

I want to rate you 5 star rating but I can't because I unfortunately uninstalled cloud space. And now I can't log in back. Whenever I try to log in it says network unavailable. Can you please solve this problem.. I had lost 950 contacts in this app..

This is the worst app and CM it self is a fraudulent company. I couldn't back up my contacts my new phone Error: Network Unavailable. Contact the customer support through email. No response. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP

This app use to work well for me but now it won't work at all!! I can't back up any pictures at all or any contacts. It don't do anything but says waiting then after so long it will say no network available!!! I sent an email to them but i havent got a response back, Does anybody know what is going on or what I should do? I really need my stuff backed up. Thanks.

Don't install it, it works fine at the beginning then you'll not be able to restore your contact, you'll loose your contact.

For the 1st time i signed up with FB and i saved many of pics in cloud, but now i am not able to get them.. plzz try to solve the issue

Can't get any of my stuff back when I had to download app on another device. Bullshit needs to be fixed

not login my new phone. past 10 days. i am tired to trying. how can i login my new phone. every time I am trying their was "server error". i want restore contacts and photos in my new phone.

I backed up my data but it is unfortunately IMPOSIBLE to restore my SMS 😔. Very frustrated.

I have upload all my contact then format my device & reinstall app again but it's don't work & i lose all my contact When I open the app say internet not available but internet connection is active, connected ,& stable . When I tray many times to open app , once oben and give me options for log in I tray all options & say no internet again or unknown error . At last I lose all my contacts

All my contacts are in this app and now when i am opening it keeps saying network unavailable.. Please do something..i need my contacts :(

In attempt to signup with my email account at the continue with page says network error persistently. So could not sign up. Please fix. Thanks

This app does not do what it says it will do ad in back up phone logs. This is basically a bait and switch scam. Do NOT install this your eating your time.
