CloudCords Mobile Workforce

CloudCords Mobile increases workforce engagement and collaboration with easy to use mobile features. The app is an extension of the core solution. Users can submit time off requests, swap and offer shifts, and set their unavailability preferences on-the-go from their mobile devices. Communication within the organization is made easy through our Connect platform.

Users can:
View daily schedules for all employees from the Branch Schedule report
View employee monthly calendars from the Connect Calendar
Employees can submit their time off requests and unavailability preferences
Employees can swap and offer shifts
Managers can review and respond to all employee requests

Worked well for a week, now I get an authentication error for the past 2 weeks and cannot log in. From what I know it is a known issue and they haven't figured out how to fix it yet. So for now it's just taking up space.

Worked great at first then I forgot my password and the authentication error came up. Now I have all these steps rebooting erasing data turning off this and so many steps to just find out my work schedule I might as well stick to paper
