After adding a new device using the "+" symbol, I then rename the device then touch save but after that the device stop working. I use to do it before and have no issue.
What happened to dis app it's not working like before .....I had use this app almost 2 years ..but now it's not working and I think app manager doesn't care of it , 🖕.. don't download this app..
cannot get to work anymore! change password but its always wrong, so can't log in! looks like I'm going to have to get a new DVR?
Can't play all channels in HD mode together , you have to select hd mode by going through in all channels one by one . embarassing
User experience needs to be improved. I'm regretting that i brought jovision. Hikvision is 100 times better.
What the hell? In same wifi zone its work properly. But in different zone or mobile network its not working.

please uodate your application. i am using n95 ptz using this app i cant move my camera. apps operation is very poor. please fix it.
Why does this application need the ability to make phone calls or record audio? No thank you. I'll find another way.
video resolutions are too low when I use HD and have laging.Need improvement.......all the best......

the app is continuously crashing.bring and update quickly.

Hi dear plz I have a problem on my dvr the cloudsee ID is offline and on my phone the camera is offline but the pro ID is online what I shall do and thanks for help

App used to work well until I registered it now it does not work at all I did contact jovision with the error but they did not reply to resolve my issue. Very poor customer service
