Used to work fine, but for the last few months it tells me I need an internet connection even when I'm connected to WiFi or LTE. App last updated almost a year ago now, starting to look abandoned.
hasn't worked on my pixel for over a year. I get an error indicating there's no internet connection when I open it when they're obviously is. I'm starting to migrate to ubiquiti products.
Just stopped working. Keep getting error that I need an internet connection, which I have. Looks like I'm dealing with the web interface now.
Easy to use, but the actual wireless mesh service no longer works. Replacing it with Ubiquiti.
A shame Datto hasn't maintained the app. Love the hardware, but the Datto business model has driven this into the ground. Cloudtrax use to be a great consumer product.
Company bought out and they are slowly killing all of the apps and usefulness. Prime example of buying out the competition and killing a superior product
App no longer shows APs and exhibits other flakey behavior. App is now totally useless.
It use to work great.. but lately it keeps telling me im not connected to the internet.. but internet is working fine
Mobile app is no longer supported, only the website works to manage networks.

Used to be great, now says to check internet connection (same for wifi and lte)
The app is finally as broken as the promise of Open Mesh. Thank you Datto for finally killing something beautiful.

How I can reboot an Acces Point?
No longer works at all with Android 10 on a Samsung Galaxy S20+. There is no error indication, I just get a spinning cursor when it's trying to update the access point list. What was previously a marginally useful app is now totally worthless.
It does what the description states. It DISPLAYS your mesh's status. Works flawlessly on my Atrix with Android 2.3.4. Kudos to the authors. I sincerely hope functionality will be added to enable one to perform all of the tasks available from the CloudTrax web-based dashboard. -----------------------(UPDATE) Used to work fine, now totally worthless. No longer displays AP status. They must have changed APIs on their website, and not updated their Android app.
When it works, it works okay. Maybe next year's update might fix on today's phone.
absolutely brilliant
Was great, sold out to highest bidder now demands money for using your own WiFi. No longer recommended. Too bad, was my goto point for network devices for over a decade. :(
Can't really do much besides view some things. Lacking in features. I guess my expectations were that it would replace the webterface, but it barely compliments it.
As an installer over the years I've spent hundreds of thousands on OpenMesh products and I'm probably not alone. Despite that and the profit they must have made, every year OM say they're gonna upgrade the app and every year it retains its same lack of functionality and buggy and poorly designed interface. Why don't they spend something on developers to sort the app. It's a shame because the website and in fact the hardware is superb and ultra reliable and performs brilliantly. If this was a hardware review, they would get 5 stars, but it's about the app, so they get 2.
