They always cancel the order. Very poor customer service. They should not have delivery in the app.

Dont order online through this App. Its a completely waste of time and money. Im just saying my experience. This is to let everyone aware of it.

Just a horribly implemented app. It keeps reminding me that my profile is incomplete. I then open the app, painstakingly fill all details, switch to another app to quickly copy something and coming back had all my details emptied out! It does not retain state. Then I did it two more times, once again lost when I accidentally tapped back and it closed the app. Aaargh, coming back had all my entries lost. Third time I did it for sure and upon relaunching the app it still showed me it's incomplete. No matter how many times I add my info, it doesn't register it and daily sends me a reminder to complete it. I hate the apps navigation, state restoration and the fact it's buggy and unusable. Totally useless. Please don't ask me to contact the probably equally useless support team and fix these bugs.

Unstable, buggy, proportionally difficult to obtain rewards as you need to spend a lot. Please remove the intro animation as it wastes time if you are waiting in queue at cashiers. Include optio to scan receipfs

I visited it last week. Despite the fact it was crowded, the service was excellent! I bought two pieces with excellent prices. I'll have pay it another visit in the near future God willing. The branch I visited is the one in Al Nakheel Mall.

Tried more than 5 or 6 times to install the application. Downloaded the apk but when installing it is showing the same error always. I think the issue is because the app is not supported for Android 12. I hope the development team can resolve the issue at the earliest.

Not able update the email to write it's asking for pin details and there is no pin number. Not able to update the profile

App has automatically uninstalled from my fone (Samung S21+). Keeps giving error message on trying to reinstall, like other users. Tried several times, same response. Have missed out many apparel points on purchase. Also advised local stores about the issue. Pls fix this app.

Somehow there's always a forced update whenever I have to use it and never end up being able to use it in store at the time of purchase. There is enough development in the android app space to make future versions compatible with previous versions. Please align development.

A user friendly app. It's a handy app rather than keeping a club card... It's very convenient. U can see all the info needed to guide you with your shopping and be updated with sales, discounts, and a lot of perks

Very poor and unpunctual customer service. As well as the app when you add transactions by scanning the receipt it will take 4 to 5months in progress. Who knows it might took ages for your new transaction points to be processed. Really bad experience.👎

update: the app doesnt work while connecting via WiFi; I wanted to add my transaction at home and the app kept giving me network connection error. I tried again by using mobile data and it worked.

I have few invoices of purchases I made, at the time I didn't have this application. But I was told by the vendor that the barcode on the invoice can be scanned to get the points. So, far I didn't com across any option where I can scan the barcode. Need help.

Purchased and B&B and was to get some points but the app won't even work and lost all points.

Useless app. Full of bugs. Extremely slow. Very badly developed. I'm not sure how would they keep your data secure if they cannot provide a fully functional app

I really disappointed with this app. I have submitted my request on 28, July, 2020 and till date it is under process. When I contact the customer service they said my account verification is under process. It's so funny even now if anyone wants to open a bank account it will open within few click and they will verify the account in next working day. I don't know what kind of verification is required for this application.

Unable to install as I keep getting message "unable to install". It was working properly before on my phone (and also on every device I've used previously). I currently use a Samsung S21+ 5G, if it helps support team identify issue.

Unfortunately, most of the shops or sellers are not cooperative in requesting to show participation in this program, except when the buyer asks!!! This is what makes us lose hundreds of points every time we shop from participating stores!! A board showing your participation in the points should be placed at the cashier, and I also noticed that despite my subscription for years and I made many purchases, I had not yet reached the twenty dirhams!! This makes me wonder where my points go!! Unfo

Not updating, not working properly. I'm not able to use the app for a long time. But the same app can be used in my another smartphone. The smartphone which I'm using now is Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, with Android 12

after this last update i can't open the app at all it just crashes instantly and says error and (apparently club apparel has stopped) and shuts down what did the developers do in this last update???? edit: i have now downloaded this after uninstalling it at 23/6/2019, but now it is even worse it does not even open and just brings me straight to the error pop-up as soon as i press it. I'm starting to give up on this app please fix this better omg i want to actually use this application

Need more brands tied up with this. Definitely a good initiative where brands will more on from their loyalty program. But even Club Apparel has to change their terms... Or else portraying them self with 2 known brands in India won't help. Better advice use all the chillar you are ledt with always. Vision is amazing, But VERY soon launched and will dip!

Excellent App , non intrusive and relevant to my shopping, it's loyalty program , easy to use land you can collect point and redeem it any time, really I recommend for all.

I am unable to install the app. It keeps saying unable to install however it was installed in my phone earlier and I was using it regularly I am clueless how it got uninstalled automatically.
