Forced to stay at Radisson for work. I was able to create an account on the website and after a while, I could login to the app, so I haven't had the same problem as a lot of the recent reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the app once I was logged in. The app is not intuitive nor does it have a contemporary appearance. It just seems like a high school students rushed attempt to pass a coding class.
Cannot connect: input email or card number, password, waiting for 30-40 sec and nothing, is starting over. Delete the app, installed again, the same... is becoming useless. Maybe an upgrade will fix it. But do they need a lot of bad feedbacks for this to happen...?!? :-D
Unable to Login within the app, however the same credentials work just fine on the website...please help!! Not at all impressed. I can see from the reviews that this is a known issue since other users have also faced the same issue.
Doesn't allow me to make a booking! After searching for a hotel, clicking the Book Now button simply takes me back to the search page (which, bizarrely, displays a banner ad encouraging me to download the Radisson Rewards app, i.e. to download itself). A frustrating waste of time.
Worst app to use for booking. it doesntshow photosof the different rooms nor does it adequately describe upgrades and packages. It should have the same info as the desktop site but it doesn't. Deleting app as it's useless.
Like everything in the Radisson digital range, simply disastrous. Cannot login, rendering the app useless on the go. Not much different to the Radisson website, which is almost unworkable from a member point of view.
Used to be a great app. Now I can't even login anymore to my account. I click on login and it just takes me to home page. When I follow other routes within app and try to login it just circles around and then back to login. Fix the please, I need to have app access for bookings on the go.
Very buggy app. Completely useless as is. Account login not currently working. Keeps returning to the home screen no matter how I try to navigate. Given up on it.
I cannot log in from this version of the app. Was working fine before. Please fix or roll back to previous version. Log in works fine on web. Please respond. I see quite a few comments with the same issue. This is not good for Radisson Reward
Unable to create account, no error messages. 'Please Wait' message appears once all information has been entered but disappears after 30-40seconds and the app seems to freeze.
Such a poor UI that it becomes laughable. And my rewards profile doesn't seem to synchronise with the hotel's back office. Please take a look at the Hilton app
Most annoying app ever. Won't let me book a room, doesn't even show an error message... I'm even thinking of switching to intercontinental only for this reason!
I received the worst experience staying at the Elk Grove Radission group of hotels. I received Pathetic service, worst room and zero amenities in return of paying around $450. I stayed here for 3 days under 2 different bookings made on same day using same portal. Membership points for one of the stay was credited to my account and when I complained about points not being credited for the second day, they removed all the points from my account. I strongly request people not to book this property.
Useless. Downloaded it but could never actually get in the app. Can log in from the site. Uninstalled it and tried again. Worthless. Can't find any type of customer service or help for this. Uninstalled again. Wasted way too much time on it.
Wanted to book a Heathrow Hotel (to get my reward for first use of app) with 8 days parking but only 4 days available on app, although 8 days is on website. So I've missed out on the 3000 bonus points reward. Why is this option not available on the app?
Pretty poor app. Low on functionality. Really needs work. Some of the screens don't even layout correctly.
Terrible app that dont work when finilizing reservation. And of course after they change orice. And reservation process is a pain. Will try other chain.
Can't even login (but can login on my laptop, so my login details are correct). App just crashes. Not convenient for frequent business travellers.
Same problem.... cannot log into the app. I have upcoming trips and cannot get In to view them. App was working great up till now. Please fix this.
This app needs to be fixed. I have tried to sign in countless times and have even uninstalled and reinstalled it and it says error after sign in then closes.
Awful. Like many others people are saying, it's impossible to log in and after about a minute the app gives up and crashes
Forgot password does not work. I have entered my password but submit button does not react. So can not sign in, can not receive new password and contact center is useless...

cant sign in on the app or the wesite. cant book or look up hotels. prices higher on the app than the website. points stopped accumluating. Im taking my 2,000+ bussiness to another hotel chain.
Unable to even login even though username and password work on the website. No indication as to what the problem is - just doesn't let you in. Useless
Prior to a recent update this app was ok. Now I deleted it and rely on paper prints from my computer. The app doesn't allow me to sign in from the accounts tab (I get bounced back to Home). When I try to sign in through My Trips (I have an active reservation) it sounds for a minute or two and craps out. Restarted phone, reinstalled app, and still no luck. Will try installing again at a later date and see what happens.
