Most Citgo stations no longer honor the discount. Worse yet, if you check in it counts towards a monthly tracker, but not coupons. Only very few check-ins count for the coupons, and if you do the wrong one while traveling, you can't check in again for hours. Used to always get the $2 and sometimes $3 coupons. Now i can't seem to get the $1 except at one station 10 miles from my home. I once rated this app 5 stars, then 3, now 1. I've been a loyal Citgo customer for years.

I will go elsewhere now! May or may not utilize the .10 cents off every now & then! The extra $9.00 off each month has been removed! I used that for extra savings as much as I could...especially with prices now going up! I guess I will need to go elsewhere since the $9 is no longer an option. They have lost my business!

This is a great way to save even more on gas from Country Fair!! Especially if you're already a die hard regular anyway. It's easy to use and the savings are greater than any other gas saving programs with little more than being a regular customer. The extra credit sweepstakes add to the fun. Thanks Citgo!!

I am not happy with the app not allowing me to check in when Im setting at the pumps of the station. I loose out from my earned rewards due to that and your stations arent that close to my house. How can this be rectified? It's as if the app opens when it wants to instead of when I need it to???

Junk App. I haven't saved a single ¢. Today I went inside the gas station ( which I NEVER do) to pay so I could do the save $2.00 on Tuesday deal. The cashier said they never saw it before and have no way to honor it. This is an app listed station with the deal right on their page and they know nothing about it? I'm deleting this app as soon as I finish this review.

As others have begun to state, it looks like we've reached the end of this apps usefulness. There used to be great opportunities for savings in the app that frankly made me choose Citgo over other stations, but now that they've backed away from those incentives, I'll take my business elsewhere. Check in bonus savings on gas are no more and I even overhears some employees asking each other when they were supposed to stop accepting the remaining coupons. We had a nice run, Club Citgo. RIP.

I think it's great & easy to use. However, when the app is down it's been a big disappointment in Citgo customer service; employees SHOULD STILL honor specific deals that don't change (such as $2 off gas on Tuesday) to customers when the site is down. Especially for the "regular customers" that use the app deals frequently. It's not worth the time to ask for a manager to allow it. As someone with 30+ years experience in customer service that's not acceptable, I walked out of the store WITHOUT making my purchase, because of the VERY poorly handled response I received when asking an employee to do so. That Tuesday I purchased gas at Mobil. That employee KNOWS I'm a regular customer that comes in daily & simetimes twice a day. She was the disappointment NOT the app being down.

It's a pretty straightforward experience. With consistent off of 3¢, 5¢, 9¢, or $1 sometimes $2. Sometimes once a month for these, but always 3¢ saving.

I have two Citgos in my area. Both have different owners. Neither accept coupons. Other companies allow you to enter coupons at the pump, but you have to go inside and wait in line. For me, it was a double waste when I was turned down. I feel like I am owed $2 I will never get. Removed app and discouraging others from downloading. 👎🚫

There's only 1 reward you can get so I don't understand what the point of the rewards is for and It's a brand new country fair but yr always out of a lot of stuff! I always end up going to the other one that's farther away at to be able to get what I need.

This app is USELESS. Once in awhile it alerts you theres a check in. Yet it still wont let you check in no matter how many times I try. Sitting at the pump after putting $96. In the tank still wont let me check in. Your app is a joke.

Used to be an alright app. Now it just crashes all the time and resets. Whats the deal with the 500 check in tracker. that has also reset. not excited like i used to be about it.

App runs well most of the time. Rewards are popping up in the app quicker than they used to. Still have not used the gas discount reward feature.

Total waste of time! I download because I was supposed to get a deal but the person working the register was not helpful so I must rate 1 star. I will change my review once I receive the cash back I am entitled to!

This app is a joke. I had a dollar off coupon for today, Friday, and I went in and put $50 on a gas card. Then I asked for $21 on the pump I was at. I showed my coupon and they said I couldn't use it. What's the deal. What's the purpose of offering a coupon if the cashier won't let you use it?

Today 10/27/19 I entered my phone number in at the gas pump, went into the store to purchase items and pay for my items and gas. This app or your program did not allow me to use the Packers $1 off any purchase. This is not the first time I have had this problem. I'm to the point of just deleting the app and not using it.

App is easy to use. But inexperienced clerks don't know how to use the program. I somehow lost REWARDS while they tried and failed to give the discount rewarded! 2 weekend's in a row.

Couldn't remember my ALT ID for first time use couldn't find it anywhere in the app not satisfied so far will try using two more times and then using other gas stations

Updated version is garbage. No use in checking in anymore for discounts as the nearest place to use the1-3 dollar off is 14 mi away. Complete trash update. No wonder kwik trip is always better Version before you could use your earned rewards anywhere. Now its complete garbage

This app used to be pretty good now it's become pretty much crapy, you used to give something on the holidays and you haven't done that in a long time, And most of the time your coupons expire before you get a chance to use them lately, Just not worth the effort much anymore

It was a pret good app at first now they don't offer as many rewards. The app itself also has times where it refuses to work. where it won't let you claim a reward nor will it let you check in.

What is the purpose of this app beside a $1 & $2 coupon per month there are not even any coupons on products anymore. Not really worth the space on my phone

App will not let me sign up or login. It says that my phone number is already used but I never set it up in the app only at the store and I don't find anywhere contact for help. Can't exactly rate the app because it won't let me in

You can check in, that's about it. Coupons don't load. Citgo cashiers look at you like you're an idiot and claim to know nothing about the coupons or the app. Total waste of time! But Citgo sure as hell gathers your information so they can do whatever they want with it (sell it to telemarketers). Don't believe me, read the fine print.

Once you earn the fuel rewards the app doesn't let you use it. Even though the store accepts the coupons the app won't open the timer. I hope the developer fixes this issue.

Its a hoax. I checked in and earned gas reward coupons, then tried to use them at gas stations which the app listed as participating, and they said they don't accept coupons. False advertising.
