I just loved the features of this app such as user friendly UI, No contact delivery during this hard time of pandemic. Free delivery of products and good quality products at a very reasonable price. They have a wide variety of collection to choose from... The entire shopping process is quite transparent. Overall, it has been an fantastic experience shopping with them.😎

The worst shopping site. If we order two items at same time they will only send one of it and mention in the list as two items. And if we contact the customer support they will only say to double check or the item was out of stock. At the end you can't return the item because you don't have the another item which was mentioned in the list. They play a very intelligent game

This app has really cool products but the after sale service is stringent and unattended. I had an extremely unpleasant shopping experience. The delivered product was defective and there isn't any option to exchange the product. Moreover, the return process is tiresome and only the product cost is refunded whereas shipping is charged. Firstly, it is difficult to find assistance on the app. Secondly, no one replies on the chat assistance. The option to sort and filter don't work properly.

The app is quite user friendly. However, the quality of products seldom what one expects. The products look good only in images. Although it appears that one is getting quality international level product at cheaper rates, that's not the case. One can actually get similar products locally at much lower rates. But then the designs publicised are quite unique, so one is tempted to buy from Club Factory. I would recommend to buy only returnable products and that too where one gets the money back.

So many lovely and fancy varieties of products are available at low and reasonable prices on this app. The looks of clothing and other products is exactly the same as shown in the pic on the app. But if some products is not up to your expectations then you can return it. Shopping from last one year and must say that this shopping platform is simply the best.😆😆

Really super cool. I love shopping the latest collection from this app. The UI of the app makes it easy for me to choose the product that I am looking to buy. Generally the package is delivered on the date mentioned while placing the order. One problem, the same product, but amount fluctuating every day. But generally, the price is reasonable always and lower than other online shopping apps.😍

I like it. It's easy to find what I want, I also can get help quickly when I am having any problem with my purchase. The products' price is a bit low compared to amazon and flipkart. And there are many western wear available on this app. The delivery takes a little long. Otherwise great app.😘😘Easy navigation and makes life simpler. Things I faced in my very first order. 1. Order takes infinite time to process and deliver , compared to other online competition. 2. I ordered two products in a single order, first one is damaged not being switched on at all, and second product is not at all what is shown in product picture. 3. Return policy is very awful, they charge 90 for each package. My product was defective, and now I am being charged ₹90 for a reverse pick up, which makes the whole experience a hell of a system. 4. Customers care number is always found busy. You can not even share your grievances. Moreover prices are not justified for even a single product in whole app.In total if you have ordered something from club factory, you are going to suffer.

please do not use this app. they will show you something and deliver something else. when you send them pics they are too blind to make out the visible difference. total rip off. size chart are also wrong. ordered 5 items 1 was totally different. 4 items did not fit due to wrong size chart. they don't refund. if you want to return, you bear the shipping cost. better go on AliExpress. hardly ever had a bad experience with them in 3 years. very disappointed with clubfactory.

I simply happy with my whole shopping experience with Club Factory. The entire process from ordering of products to their delivery at my doorstep is pretty easy and transparent. The price is very reasonable. There are easy return policy available if you want to return a product due to some issues then it also can be done without any hassles. I ordered only once, the delivery took one day, the return process took almost a month to complete. Also the return isn't free unless its their fault which is a drawback when you are buying dresses or shoes and there are issues with the size and you have to return by paying Rs. 90. Also the shoe size isn't accurate. Products may be good but overall experience isn't.

The site is good for shopping, I specially like the service provided by them, I had some product delivery issue so I emailed them and got response the very next day, Wendy (one of the operator) personally helped me solving the issue, great work there, lady! The only issue is that they don't have option of exchanging the product. That's it.

very bad experience. very disappointed with the quality of the products. the pictures are extremely misleading. The size of all the products though marked M were different and ill-fiting whereas the same size in all other brand fits well. Another let down was the return policy which makes the customer pay for the shipping. Extremely disappointed. Will not be shopping here henceforth and will most definitely not be recommending this app to anyone.

😈 The most 👎 FRAUDULENT shopping app of all time. They are showing ads with huge discounts and tells you that in order to claim those offers you have to install their app and once you install their app, then the actual discount disappears and you are shown higher price for the product. Don't waste your time, go with reputed e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart etc. If it sounds too good to be true, then it's too good to be true.

Fraud. You pay for delivery and also have to pay for return of a item. Also the products are completely different from what's shown in the picture and quality is extremely bad. You can't even reach customer care via phone as that service is not available. The no. Was just for the show... To trick public. The chat line takes forever to reply. Worst experience ever.

Easy and efficient, I use it several times a day. Makes my life so much easier! I bought an apparel from them beofore covid-19 but I have to return it because of some sizing issues. I am impressed with the amazing customer service that club factory provides. The product was returned without any hassles. I just loved shopping from them, they are the best😍🥰. Beside in this lockdown due to COVID 19, they are doing their bit by delivering essential and non-essentials to doorstep. Reliable👍

They delivered wrong or poor quality product. Though they were kind enough to refund but that's a long hustle. Product quantity in picture doesn't match with the actual product. I would only recommend this app to my enemies. If they could actually deliver the quality they show on their app, they can actually be better than most similar apps. Such a relief to uninstall it today.

This application is a waste of time and money. This is the worst shopping application I've ever used. They don't provide the quality products as they showed in the pictures, plus their services are also worst. They really don't care about customers money and time. I ordered a product (saree), when i got my product it was completely different from what they showed in the pictures, the colour was faded, the quality was very poor and when i applied to return they asked for extra return charge.

It's user friendly interface which makes it easier for the customers to select the product of their choice in quite an easy way without any hassles. I have placed more than 5 orders with them and till now I have not got any issues of them. latest casual and sports collection in best quality 👌........ This app is a scam. All of the products that I ordered from them were of the cheapest quality and there product sizes are also all over the place. I had ordered an M and what I got was an XS. Plus there return policy is made so as to make it as difficult for you to return a product as possible. So there you have it no credibility at all from there side. It's such a waste of money to but anything from them, all cheap and the poorest quality you can ever find. Hated shopping with them.

Horrible products and equally worst service... The product shown in the pic does not match the quality. It's very cheap looking 3rd grade product for the same price in other ecommerce apps. Secondly, I purchased through COD. Now, when you return (for obvious reasons) they deduct the pick up charges, which no other provider does. Not only that, it was clearly written, the refund will be given in the "original payment mode" but strangely, they return only in the wallet app!! Worst!!!
