App continuously crashes. If you are going to move to an app for club entry, it would be great if it actually works.

Downloaded this app only because we are being forced to in place of a key fob. Now it won't even open for me. This better be fixed by the time June 8 rolls around.

With the update the app keeps crashing. If this is supposed to be the new way to enter the clubs this is going to be a problem.

Unfortunately, the app is no comparison to the actual club. The app doesn't even work, keeps asking to scan a barcode that doesn't exist. The key fob they gave me just has a 5 digit number and that's it. I can't even get past the create account screen. Absolutely pointless but I love, love the club itself!

The app keeps crashing so I cannot check into the gym

I love this gym and the app is awesome!! Its alot of fun, educational and so simple to use!! The app is great for EVERYONE and I MEAN EVERYONE!! Weather you're a beginner just working out for the first time in need of a little guidance or a lot of guidance or someone needing a little training for that marathon coming up or thinking about taking up a spin class or learning yoga for the first time?? LOL literally the app and the club has something for everyone out there

Time consuming process to check in. Whoever thought up mandatory app check in can get bent.

No barcode no app. Heaven help you you your bday is a ways back, you'll be shipping for a while

The app. Currently has a bug that needs to be fixed...this pops up everytime I open it. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Barcode isn't for scanning in. Says it has a barcode and ask staff for it. You're assuming it's to scan in but it isn't. Get up to date like many other gyms and have your app be used for entry!!! I don't want to carry yet another thing into the gym that credit card sized RFID card.

This is weird how do I access gym now

I like this app, able to find classes at the gyms I go to in my area. I have not used it for much else but there is a social feed for your gym, a challenges center, shows what's playing in the cardio theater, has a section to take u to other workouts.

Can't use this app. Requires a barcode to create an account, but there is not a barcode on the RFID card I was given when I signed up.

Only helpful tweak would be the calories would pop up based on speed and distance.

Cannot view membership info like the screenshot suggests. Need member agreement number to register with some other website, but they won't send it.

Awful...nothing in this app is working. It's a great set up and would be helpful if it actually worked.

This app keeps asking for a barcode and there is NO damn barcode on the access card!!!!

Cannot log in, no barcode on keyboard. App only works with barcodes.

Wants barcode, there is no barcode on the fob they give u. I asked staff and they said they had nothing to do with the app 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

i don't like the atmosphere in there anymore

Pretty bad. I was born in 1953. That's a long way to scroll through the years. Just have an entry option for birth date and let the user enter it manually. Very poorly designed. Hope it works.
