I would happily love to give this app 4, perhaps 5 stars. But the fact that notifications simply do not work is frustrating enough to take 2 stars off. I get lots of great offer message notifications...but they are always blank. So what's the point? I've just spent £100 in one of the Bar & Grills but apparently have a notification titled 50% off ...it's blank. I never look at them, because they are always blank. But apparently I've missed out tangibly today. That's very annoying.
I thought it would be much easier to have the app on my phone rather than carry around the cards. However, it's hit and miss whether it works, as the page with my card number doesn't always load. The restaurant has had to find my details on their system in the past. Also, on black Friday there was an offer for an additional £10 credit. I followed the instructions but no credit has been received. My husband also downloaded the app but the welcome gift (credit) hasn't materialised either.

Easy to book a table through. The annoying and disappointing part of the app is I cannot read notifications. I am presented with a blank screen upon attempting to open the notification Had updates and still presented with a blank screen when I wish to read them. Very disappointing
Noy a great app at all. Doesnt load news articles offers so can't see the detail when you click into them. Other than being able to see your card balance and number its a bit of a pointless app.
It was okay when I first downloaded it but now it's very slow. Every time I eat there, I have to contact them to add my points and if I don't do it right away and I misplace my receipt, then I loose those points. It should be much better for the calibre of restaurant.
Used this App to book a restuarant in Liverpool. But when you confirm, it defaults to original screen without confirming. As i thought it hadnt booked I rebooked 2 more times, no confirmation on the APP. Then later on received 3 emails for 3 bookings! There needs to be a confirmation if booking on the APP as a screen showing confirmed.
A complete waste of time. It says my card number is already in use, yes it is by me! Then I try to log onto the website and it doesn't recognise my email address. Yes it is the right one and the only one I've had, it's the one you email message me to tell me about things like this app! I'll keep using the card then it seems as this app just doesn't work!
Downloaded and made an account as they were advertising £30 credit. However I never received any credit. Sent a message off the app twice and a separate email but I never even had a reply!! Will be deleting as it seems to be a con.
A useful app to make the most of Club Individual. Easy to set up and downloaded my details from my online account to the app without any problems. I can now check my balance, book a table, see what's going on - all from my phone (Samsung Note8). I am going to find this app very useful, methinks!
App hasn't worked properly since I installed it, can't read notifications as it just won't load them, so can't use any offers that I am notified about and now I can't even get the app to open, so it's unusable. Uninstalled it now
The app sucks. I have entered my details three times - get to the end and it sits there Loading for ages and ages. I am all of half a metre from the router, so that's not the problem. DoB entry method is poor - especially when there are over 700 months to scroll back through! If the restaurants were as bad as this app (which they are not at all) then I wouldn't bother. Trouble is we've already booked RBG Leeds for a birthday tomorrow - well, there's always next year! Oh, and after 15 minutes, the app decides that the cardnumber (didn't realize that was one word) already exists - well, I never - that's MY card given to me by Club Individual a few years ago. Ever felt you were banging your head against a wall ...
Used the promo code along with a friend, they were given £40 off and I was given £10 off and it was on my 40th bday...same promo🤷♂️ spoke to them and they basically said...tough. perhaps they like to discriminate and pick/choose who they like to give offers to! Wont be using their app or returning ever again.
Easy to build up the points and easy to spend !!

Slow to load and update. Not sure if this is due to any recent updates but keep having to close and re-open the app multiple times to get it to show the correct balance.
Long overdue! Well done for getting your app out there. Looks pretty good at first glance. I had to alter my d.o.b but no option to alter by year, had to click back month by month.
The good is always amazing but the reward system always let's them down!! EVERY single time weve been I've had to chase having points added. Even now our last 2 visits havent been added.

If i could give you a 0 i would but i cant so its a 1. All the offers are scams and they have taken all my points off me that I have accrued and also £40 off my partners. Used to love the places and the offers. Both have gone down now.
Keep getting emails telling me to get the app and join, so download app, tried to register (join) numerous times but at the last step it just says 'Loading' and hangs there! Left it for 10 minutes, no change! What is the point of an app if you can't actually join?!

Was in the restaurant and the app wouldn't open. Tried several times on their Wi-Fi and my connection. Missed out on points and couldn't redeem my points
App asks if I want to subscribe but when I tap yes nothing happens and it comes up again. Difficult to work out what is happening in each different restaurant.
Great food with discounts back on spending and easy to book table on app. Staff very friendly and lovely range of gins. Easy to see points total anytime.
Awful glitches, it crashes every time I try to join, when I get to the postcode section. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn't work.
Fist time using the app as I have always been the traditional card person. Went during the 50% sale and have a good priced bill and 2 weeks on and my points still havent been added on. I have rang the restaraunt that went too 3 times now and each time i get the response HR will put them on in the next 2 days.
I made a booking at the wrong restaurant and am now unable to cancel it on the app through the manage my bookings option. Very frustrating.
Just signed up and only recieved £10 welcome gift?? Also it will not allow me to save changes to my details, my birthday is incorrect, yet everytime I press save changes it pops up email can not be blank... my email address is clearly in the correct field
User exists/user doesn't exist. Make up your mind!! Downloaded the app. Tried to sign up with my email address but its telling me user exists. Back out (after filling in 3 pages), click on sign in instead. Click on forgot password and enter same email address that I tried to sign up with. User doesn't exist. Which is it??? I want to get signed up before Tuesday as we've booked a table. Help?? I've even tried to email the app developer using the email provided. Rejected!!
