Memory hoggie for such a simple app. I can see class schedules which is terrible on my EFC gym's website with adobe downloads. This will tell you the current days schedule and the weeks ahead schedule right away. The notifications were too much and had to be shut down!! It should be an opt-in in the app instead of searching through the phone app interface mindlessly. Geez guys, maje itn user friendly.
I pay for a gym membership. I should not be subjected to big, scrolling, unwanted, "in your face" ads every time I open this app. If membership was free, ok, that's the trade off. It's not free. Download a previous version of this app and turn off auto updates. It's ok then.
I am FORCED to use this at 2 gym, in which I have to sign out and sign in to anther just to go to a different gym. WHY would I not have one account with multiple memberships... This app is not meant to be convenient for the member, just the gym owners who are putting more stress and requirements on the members. GARBAGE...
It wasn't a bad out it was just too much upkeep. I like that you could scan stuff in search for stuff but a lot of the stuff that I searched for was not on there. It became difficult and complicated so I stopped using it
Registration process is terrible. New account created at the gym, however the app does not recognize my membership number. Updated: IT department contacted me within minutes of my review and corrected the registration issues. App now works fine.
I love this app and how you can schedule classes with your phone. It's awesome!!! The schedule is always separated by dates and times.
Each update is a larger and larger file. Takes up space. Almost never use it except to get into the gym.
Registration issues fixed. App works great. Great response time from IT department resolving issues as well.
Peak Payment is a scam and they will try their hardest to continue to charge you despite you saying that you no longer need their services.

My android phone will not download this app the circle goes round and around. I cleared the cache and history
Every time I log out I have to recreate a new password in order to log in. Even when remember the device is checked.
Registration issue for classes at my gym wont let me register, makes me have to call and they log me in by phone number.really frustrating becauses classes fill up fast.
App is no use to me really bar code is weird looking I'm unable to scan in at the gym can only go when staff is available😡
I had this app for xcel fitness in bend oregon. Absolutely worst gym I have been to, literally stole my money after refusing to cancel membership.
constant updates, filters are not customized to set, lack of info o instructors or class
They make it impossible to cancel your membership, and still take money out of your account even after you have canceled it.
Makes checking in and signing up for group classes so easy

Latest version won't load on my android phone.
I downloaded the app just now and the app tells me this version---that I just downloaded from Google Play---is no longer supported. I *just* downloaded it. I didn't even know that was possible. --- UPDATE: the developers contacted me almost immediately about an error on their part (tl;dr: a planned update for later this month was mistakenly entered as a planned update for this month last year, which then prompted users to update their app even as no update was yet available). That's super responsive customer service if I had ever seen it.
