Horrible service!! And app is not at all user friendly... You cant book !! Not at all convenient option. Its a headache to book holidays. Many better options are available
Very Very Bad experience. I have requested for cancellation and refund. But they are not doing it. They are robbers and looters, only asking for paying emi and ASI maintenance payment. I have not visited there hotels still they are asking to pay. I want my money back. They are not receiving my calls now. I request higher management and Mr. Anand Mahindra to look into this ASAP. At time of registration the agent says that don't worry you will not required to pay for ASI, but that's not true.
Not at all user friendly, most of the informations do not open. Unable to see the payment transaction history and also invoices are not traceable. Whatever requests being generated through customer care executive, concern departments are failed to respond even for week or more till the repeated push-ups. Realy bad experience.
it's a wonderful experience to be a member of club mahindra. Only it's an expensive basket over all, specially ASF should not raise every year... it should remain same for all the years of membership opted... more and more offers should be given to the existing members too... that would be interesting 😊
Very Slow and most of the times it stops working giving message something went wrong. CMH IT team to find reasons and resolve the issues.

The amount I pay for the membership and anuual fee its of no use
Extremely pathetic experience during every booking. You have to fight for planning your holiday while booking rooms @ClubM. Resorts are far away from city which increases your travel cost & time. Food is tooo costly. In many resorts like Hathgad, Netrang, you have to depend on BSNL or local network provider. If BSNL or local network is down, you are isolated from rest of the world and you have no option to connect with your loved ones. Many resorts does not have driver's room.
worst club to join. when you try to book. Never get any rooms. And they come up with some issues. please think again before joining. Around 15000 Annual payment divided by 7 days and add some more money will get good place to stay without any hiccups. Please don't block your money. Nowadays even 5 star properties has good schemes.
Ohh this app is good, But i really hope that the app developer of this app read this, that there should be an app for club mahindra members community, where the people can plan trips with each other, and grow there social group, so that the people who has membership but don't have friends or family with membership can plan a trip with the club people, so that Noone's extra money can go to just invite people and just have club members group! I really hope that you can make such app for this!
Worst experience ever have to wait long and even if the call gets connected it gets interrupted in between and one has to repeat all the process again
CHEATERS is the only word I can say. At the time of sale of membership there representative confirmed that ASF can be paid anytime in the year but now without information they blocked the membership and levying huge penalties. Anyone be careful before purchasing the membership. Member ID 2621889
App needs to be user friendly. Lot of glitches. It should have option of searching resort by namewise. Resort contact list is outdated
Very bad first experience. They followed very agressively before membership was awarded but once it was through the agent who sold membership quit job, was helpless to help. Also, they are reluctant to add Co-Applicant even after several follow ups and have unreasonable due dates for closure of requests. One customer care executive said one thing and the next one says something very different, with all this I conclude that they are only interested in selling membership to users. #scam
Most of the promises are false. Neither the app works as expected nor the customer care number. Even the sales representative gave unnecessary promises and assurances. And the reality in the resort was something else. None of the resorts have rooms if we have to redeem complimentary vouchers. Food prices are touching sky high in the resort as if 100% of the croud are millionaires. Overall, not worth taking any sort of membership with Club Mahindra. Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time.
Horrible service. There is no valid Customer Care number. The lines are open only for new bookings but not for existing customers. Back to back calls before purchasing the package but now nobody is answering the calls and least bothered to even call back.
Worst app ever. i guess kids from Byju's Kids pack course will be able to make better app experience than this app. They might receive WORST APP of the Year award soon. & looking at their Member Experience, i think they will set new record for holding 1st position for another few years in the same category.
Its the worst facility. Never inveat in it. Have been charging me gst for 10 months. Taken my gst number but now I am not able to take the set off. Technically a loss of 20k. When asked was circulated through a series of calls and emails. Dont ever invest in this.
Its not for job person as you wan't get available resort actually wanted to go and stay and even price is bit high, its better we can book resort of our choice from trivago or other plateform even we can have more choice for stay
I have red club membership since 3 years, and my wife's name is in direct depending but the resort is not accepting booking on her name. Even though I have your membership, I have to spend 50k in other resort.
App is fast and good . Inspite of my email and requests chaeges of use of credit card about 1350 of were shown pending even though i had paid my membership fee in cash or Cheque. I had never used credit card for my membership fee. But as my complaint was not heard I had paid it now with my asf . Hope you will check it and reverse the charges of credit card. Regards. Changing my rating from 5 to 1. The app's check resort availability function doesn't work anymore after the latest update.
App is not at all user friendly. Booking interface does not come readily to the dates. While making cancellations, unable to select reason for same but it doesn't allow cancellation without reason. Various tabs are also unreliable as it becomes blank anytime. This is a very bad issue since it also happens while paying ASF where the money gets stuck. Testing team need to be improved a lot before releasing updates. D. Ganguly
I have to change my rating from 4* to 2* .The app is very slow .more over it doesn't work properly. I'm trying to do my pre checking, the app is horrible! It's showing gender column but unable to write there it's getting stuck ! Please improve your app.
