I have been sent three e-vouchers and none of them have transferred without having to contact them.. all with different issues.. First I got a page with not authorised. Second there was a button avail, but it did not open the app. There was an update the other day now it opens the app, but I get an error stating "something went wrong". Also they really need a physical card as well, crazy that I have to bring my phone into the pool, to use it at the pool bar!
Every now and then this app can't open. How do we redeem the vouchers when during payment time this app can't be opened??
When registering the app asks for 'Country', however Australia does not exist, how dumb. Also the app is very buggy when trying to register other information. Whoever designed this app needs to be sacked. Unfortunately if one has a Marriott Membership then there is no choice but to persist in working around the bugs, otherwise this app would be persona non grata.
App works sometimes When there is a special room rate on the app, the booking feature does not work. You call the Marriott to try to get that rate for 2 weeks or 3 months in the future, the answer is always no. Very frustrating so just avoid the room specials until they fix the app

The old version is better, fonts are far too small now, particularly on the e-vouchers part. The fonts are tiny, please fix.
Trying to accept voucher as a non member and it keeps telling that something went wrong in the registration page.. i guess the IT dept hired some primary school kids..
Poor app and poor membership of club marriot. Existing membership are not linked with this app, only membership which are taken after march 2021 are linkind with it. Making reservation with club marriot is a uphill task either helpline or contact number.
Please fix format/layout for android. Certain options cut off and font is too large to fit on screen.
The app does not have India as an option to 'Select your country'! Cannot proceed further until then.
Pathetic App... Such brand hotel cannot have such worst app.... 1st step is selecting country and india is not listed.... What's the point of building such app & requesting to do reservation on app...

Program is available in Australia but it's not available in the options so the app is unusable
Bit fiddly with the vouchers but works when the wait staff get the hang of it.
It's not easy to navigate but your support is very helpful.

Garbage app, none of the vouchers work. Plus on the new version the credentials don't reauthentic. It's means my account is locked.
