I have 80 credits for personal training. I'm not able to schedule any sessions because no matter how many days ahead I'm trying to book, I get "Whoops, not able to schedule null day(s) in advance". Seriously? What's the point of the so if I can't schedule? When I tried to email customer service I got an error message that feedback could not be sent at this time, please try again later. Absolutely worst app I've ever installed for any purpose. I never take time to write reviews, i was compelled.
This app is horrible, sometimes works and sometimes does not. Have not been able to log into class for two weeks. Now after reinstalled the screen is just white.
Easy to use. Having a full schedule to look at rather than scrolling only one day of classes would make it better.
I'm a member, but can only sign up for orientation classes. I am unable to even see when the classes are scheduled. The manager of Rockbox has to take her time every week and schedule them for me.
App won't open. I just get a blank white screen. Uninstall, and restarted multiples times. Still nothing.
Works just fine on my phone (Galaxy S9). Nothing fancy, just lists available classes, and you book the one you want.
It app is terrible. I signed up for 2 days and couldn't log back in. I couldn't sign up for other classes. I tried to google the app information. Still no luck
Used it for 1 month. Now it's useless cause I can't even get my barcode to scan for check-in. And that's all I needed the app for
How do I even make an account? I have contacted the support center without success and it appears that I may not be able to access my gym because the only option I have is to log in.
Useless app. I tried to use it to schedule gym appointments and it did not work.

Same problems as everyone else notes, but no option but to use this app with my gym.

Will not show classes.
I have had nothing but trouble with this app since I got it. I have never been able to book any classes because it says I have no credits and I am on unlimited. My trainer deleted me and told me to try getting the app again and now it's completely blank. Again I am having trouble with this app. Trying to book a class and it tells me I have no credits even though I show 17 credits and I am on unlimited.
All I get is a blank white screen! Was working for awhile, but no longer.

Can't book PT sessions due to error: "Whoops! This service cannot be booked more than null day(s) in advance!" Classes are okay to be booked. Unistalled and reinstalled.
This app is inconsistent. So far I have not had had trouble scheduling open training sessions, but it doesn't always show full classes to be added to the waiting list. Which leads me to believe there might be open classes that are not appearing on the schedule.
