Each time I try and use the system I have to re sign in using my address details and password. This never works and I have to reset my password etc.everytime. This system is rubbish. Used to be ok until the latest update.

Since Android 12 was launched this app only partially works. Internal club business seems fine but as soon as it requires to link with How did I do when registering for a round, displaying a handicap certificate it fails to log in. No problem on my tablet android 11. Resolved by installing latest version of stand alone Hdid and registering a round and entering score via that app not through V1.

Once you manage to get your mobile to accept it, and your get registration getting the app is good but can create some headaches when it throes you into the howdidido app that seems to ride alongside it!

Unable to sign in to bookings. Spent a few hours Sunday checking that passwords and emails all matched. Lo and behold everything worked. Alas this only lasted till I tried to login on Monday. Password not recognised is the message! Bad enough having to book a tee time after 40 years of playing any time but to be screwed by the system that we have to use is a nonsense. Sort it out!!

I have had this app on my phone for a while now. When it worked, it was great. However just recently, it has logged me out and won't let me back in again. When l try and use the forgotten password link nothing happens with no email being sent only a invalid email message. When you un-install the app and try and start again, it says the email is already registered and won't do anything. I have now decided to take the app off my phone and not to bother again. There are too many conflicting messages coming up and preventing you from re-setting or re-starting.

Totally fed up of trying to log back into this app when for no apparent reason it decides not recognise my password. Also, the integration (lol) with howdidido is awful. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Please get this long lasting problem sorted as we have no alternative but to continue using it😠

Unable to sign into the app. Password constantly not recognised. Reset password works in the moment it is reset and then never again. Very frustrating waste of time to access vital services. There needs to be a better alternative.

Very frustrating app. Will often not open or will open with a blank page. Often get error message "unable to obtain secure connection". The booking system will often not let you book a partner or other members of a team. Our club still insist on using this system so the pro is kept really busy booking tee times. It must be ruining Club Systems reputation - do the decent thing and withdraw it until it is ready for the market.

Nasty, horrid, unreliable and unstable. What use is a golf club system if the booking engine doesn't work properly? Even money if the app will open or you'll get an error page. Sick off the sight of the message 'Oops something has gone wrong.' Happy days my club has ditched this rubbish so I can uninstal. So happy to see the back of this.

Does anyone at Club Systems read these reviews? This problem of not being able to login to howdidido from some parts of the Members hub like Today's Golf has been around for months and is still not fixed. It's now happened on my own phone and it's impossible to get rid of it. You're left having to install the Howdidido app as well. Come on Club Systems - get the app working properly!

Very poor. Defaults to howdidido login to page and then refuses to allow me to login. When I try to re register password it asks for email address continuously. Absolutely useless.

Easily the worst app I have ever used, there's some kind of unholy alliance between ClubV1 and HowDidIDo which nobody seems to understand and which often results in login problems and endless cycles of password resets and unrecognisable URL's. Absolutely hopeless.

The concept of this app is good but it has some technical issues. It frequently loses my password info so that when I need to use it I can't open it. If I input my login details the app opens but if I then try to see eg my handicap info it asks for the login details again. If I input them again it asks for them again and again and again. So frustrating.

As many other reviewers have found, this app is incredibly clunky on Android, very, very slow and frequently freezing. Very disappointing as the concept is good. Update: this app virtually never works on any of my (3) Android devices. Their web site isn't a whole lot better and doesn't work with some of the most popular browsers in the world, and it only dawned on them on the day a return to golf after Covid 19 lockdown was announced that they would have to upgrade their systems to cope with the demand. Incredible! I hope golf club administrators read this and select a different system for their members.

Driving me nuts ...I am unable to be auto redirected to HDID without having to enter my email and password again, and then it gets stuck in a loop and just keeps returning to the log in screen? The HDID app also sometimes has the same problem. Therefore I have to resort to accessing thru browser via internet ... So frustrating !

Unfortunately I've had to download this app due to club management. It's was a pain to register. Once you do you've also got to register with other linked apps. That done the linked apps don't return you to the homepage which is a pain. So far it's been underwhelming. I will update my review if I become more impressed.

Quite happy with the App until my club recently switched to the ClubV1 booking system from BRS. The App regularly freezes, doesn't progress to next screens and is just clunky. It may be my inexperience but it doesn't seem to have useful features for booking management that were in BRS.

This is a great app for golf club members, allowing you to access a massive amount of information directly from the club. Latest News, Course Status, Comp Results etc, plus the ability to top up your bar card when required. It also gives direct access to your Howdidido account for handicap certificate and full competition results without having to login a second time.

Extremely poor programming. Keeps locking g you out of bookings. Very slow. Not user friendly interface. often off line. And oops somthing went wrong!!! Sort it out. 17/5/20.. just spent 40 minutes trying to book and now no spaces left. Should not be any stars.

I actually managed to use the app once. Every time since then, on my phone and on my tablet (both Android), I get a RUNTIME ERROR. I will try to attach a screenshot, but I don't believe that is allowed.

Looks like the salesmen are good, but the income is not reinvested in the servers/app. Impossible to book a round, constant "Ooops something went wrong, click here to try again" message which is highly irritating.

Keeps forgetting my login despite ticking the remember me box. Has done this on phone and tablet since I was forced to use it by NY club. Please fix. Wow! The ClubV1 website has a 2013 copyright notice. None of the testimonials have a date. Their Twitter account (their link from their Web page) has been suspended.
