I love the app! It's everything that I wanted it to be: it creates nice looks that I can still edit and I now see all the clothes that I own. It saves me a lot of money because I don't buy so many new clothes, I wear things I used to keep on forgetting about and I have diverse looks. The app is also really cool to use: it's stylish, user friendly and does everything it promises. Good job, guys.
Edited 1/22: the dress me feature stopped working and that is the major reason Ive kept this app. Really hoping it is fixed soon. I just started using the app and uploading my clothes was easy enough. I am most excited about the dress me feature. The issue I have with it is that it recommends items that I don't own. I'd really rather the feature stick to clothes I've uploaded.
This app is great when it is working, but I've encountered many occasions where the "dress me" feature just refuses to work for sometimes weeks before it starts working again. This is very frustrating, as it's been happening on a very regular basis since I first downloaded this app. I would love to see this issue resolved. :) On another note, it would be great to be able to sort your outfits with tags. Example, I tag an outfit as "Spring" and when I click that tag, I see all my other outfits that have the same tag. It would make searching through all my created outfits faster and easier to navigate through.
With my time spent with the app, it's created a ton of outfits for me. I've found myself "digitizing" all of my clothes! Although, maybe with me being a guy, some of them don't necessarily work. For example, I have a t-shirt made out of a quilt material that's too warm to wear over long t-shirts and I have a t-shirt that's black in the front and a red plaid pattern in the back. I wish there were a way to be more specific with special clothing items or to prevent certain types of items appearing in a fit.
I love it. It's exactly what I've been looking for as a fashion app. I can save looks and save my clothes all to one closet, sell stuff I don't need anymore, and it's like a social media platform where I can share my looks and get ideas from others. Just wish it was a larger platform of people and that the "dress me" option would work. Although I've only put a few items in my closet sk that may be the reason why. Also, there appears to be nothing for sale. Still loving it and excited to see it progress.
I enjoy this app and love the concept. However, I made the mistake of using Facebook to sign up, thinking that there would be some kind of privacy options so my account could be private from friends. There is sadly no such option from what I can tell.
Error message 'please try later' more than 1 week. Please fix it new error message :No Internet. It seems that the app has been discontinued or sold to some big company as they did not answering to questions plus the app does not appear in Google play search. At least, you can inform your users if it will be relaunched or we just need to find an alternative app. Shame :(
I previously gave a 5 star rating, niw downgtading to a 2 star rating. This was a fantastic app until the 'dress me' feature quit working. That feature is what set Cluise apart from other wardrobe apps and I used it daily. Now the app just keeps photos of your clothes in categories and keeps a list of outfits you have worn....if you click the tab to do that. I'm keeping the app because I spent so much time entering in my wardrobe but as soon as I learn of another app with a 'dress me' feature I'm going to switch. Emails to the developer regarding the feature not working have gone unanswered.
I'm actually very impressed with this app's ability to recognize garments and put together some decent outfits. However, the attributes available for each garment type seems arbitrary...for example, shorts and leggings don't have a high-waisted option, even though pants do. Also, it would be nice to be able to make your own categories ("preppy", "streetwear", "androgynous", etc.) and the app could try to pair as many pieces from the same category as possible. Also, needs a tights/socks category.
Some features need improving. For example, I want to be able to click on a garment and see all the looks I have saved using that item. Also, to be able to categorise the looks and sort them in a way other than the order I loaded them, for example, rose just featuring clothes I am taking on holiday. Also, the fabric options are weirdly limited, for example wool is not an option for tops, but I have several warm wool merino tops (not cardigans or sweaters). To help the Dress Me feature, it would be great if one could ban two unsuitable items from appearing together in the suggestions. Also, if it would draw on looks I have loaded myself. Update: The Dress Me function has stopped working :(
I used to love this app VERY much, but it needs a ton of work right now. I've noticed that people have been writing the developer for a month+ telling them that the dress me feature isn't working. Honestly, this is the only reason I kept this app over any of the others once the latest versions came out. Please fix this asap. And please add the laundry/cleaners option , like you told someone you were working on putting up, over a year ago! Thank you
Finally an easy to use app to organize my clothes, allowed ability to create new categories. Allows me to create new outfits based on items in my closet.
Pointless without Dress Me feature, which isn't currently working on my android. Very disappointed.
It is exactly what I want. One problem, DRESS ME button is not working and the original reason I downloaded this app is to help me with my looks. Please fix ASAP before I delete it
Pity, it just closed down giving two days notice and no chance of saving one's data :(
I just found out after this stopped working by going through the Facebook group that this app has now been shut down permanently. Would have been good to know through the app so I could have saved all my images beforehand.
Its a great app! I love a lot of options that it makes with my clothes. There is a small minus - when i just downloaded an app, DressMe button didnt work. I hope from now it will work always :) thank you!
I live in a place snow and it didn't recognize an outfit for me because it was too cold for any of my garments. Not looking to dress for the outdoors here.
I would like to add categories for my cufflinks and pocket squares. With pocket squares I would need many more patterns for the app to do a remotely good job at matching them. I am still deciding. On what wardrobe app to keep and this is a major factor.
This app had had the most options all in one place. I just wish there were options like; sheer, ruffles, crochet, knitted, and sparkle, scoop neck, satin, the ability to choose multiple colors, wing sleeve, beads, cowl neck, square neck, cap sleeve, studs, fringe, lace, pleating for shirts, chevron, sort by color, change color from the automatic one chosen.
I used this app daily. Loved it. Now, for close to a week, it generates an error message that says "Try again later" when I use the Dress Me option. So the best feature is no longer working.
The app is pointless without the "dress me" feature working now.
I used this app before and it was great but now it seems not to be working. Doesn't allow to log in
There aren't nearly enough categories in this app. There's one for tops dresses jeans sports shoes but that's pretty much it. No place for sweaters, vests, slacks, jackets heels accessories like purses or scarves. Would love this but I have LOTS of clothes and these categories don't cover it.
Whenever I try the dress me option it says 'Please try later'. Please fix this.
Clothes have been uploaded, but everytime I try and utilize the "dress me" option. It says "try later"
Impossible to login: abandoned
It doesn't have options where i can edit my type of clothes according to my indian culture like saree and kurta
So I just started uploading clothes. Easy to do but would like to control how the program crops the image. Tops or bottoms of my garments were getting cut off. I loved the color selector tool and loved how easy it was to get really close to the correct color. However adding colors that are in small details was really hard. Would like an option that allows one to add colors by selecting a basic color family then selecting the closest color from a bunch of options then have the sliders.
