CLZ Games - Game Database

I really like this platform and all the different features! I do wish that there was an indicator that says "no manual" when viewing my list. It is currently still just listed as CIB. This would make it easier for resellers as they are quickly able to see how they should list it instead of opening to view notes. Additionally, the drop down for platforms when adding by platform only displays option"All Platforms". Same with the "Condition" drop down -- only displays "New Condition".

I've been using CLZ games for a year now and I really really like it. The best part is almost all PAL games scan via barcode without issue, if I was to nit pick at something i miss from using the free app gameye it's the ability to click an eBay icon from each game and go directly to eBay to see what people are currently listing a said game for.

Great app Keeps all my games together ,I have tried a few of these apps but this one is the best, I would be nice if I could manuallyadd japanese games it only has the option for us and euro and a lot of jap games it doesn't recognize the bar code Keep up the great work

Great way to keep up with your collection. $15 a year is a drop in the bucket if you are a collector. Worth every penny.

So far so good, wish the data on Japanese games was more complete/accurate though.

I'm updating to 4 stars for what the app is, how well it works, and the excellent followups, however it isn't the app for me. If you have a huge physical library then this may well be the app for you, it looks great and has a lot of neat features. Unfortunately if like me your collection is almost all digital then you will need to do a lot of leg work and a few of the features just won't be useful.

I had a super old version of this app on my pc. I decided to visit the website to see what the company was up to, and was delightfully surprised to see how they've expanded that original PC app to an entire cloud sync account that cannot only be stored online in sync with apps, but you can also store your entire game collection in a file off-line on your computer and keep everything together. This is definitely a fantastic app and set up for anybody who wants to keep their game collection in order.

Works great. I've already bought CLZ Movies and have been using it for a while. This app works just as well. Update: I've purchased CLZ Games as well now. Yes it might be an "expensive" app compared to others, but if you have hundreds of games and movies, both apps are worth it in my opinion. Instead of accidentally buying the same things twice or passing on a good deal because I'm not sure if I already own it or not, it really helps to be able to pull out my phone and quickly check.

I've been using CLZ games for years and years, the app is fantastic, fast and flexible. I love being able to add games and change cover art muself, as well as have a neat layout and dark theme. I did run into some app breaking issues recently but the support team were amazing and replied in a timely manner to help me every step of the way. I hope to keep using CLZ for years to come.

Works well, links in very well with the desktop version, both when exporting or importing game titles. This mobile version is simply handy to have as you then have a list of all the games and hardware you own to aid you with your future purchases, and of course as an immediately available list of what you own. I'd say to get the full utility of this software, you should buy the desktop version and the mobile phone version. Both are quite expensive, but are only one off purchases. Dec 29 2018

This is hands down the best resource for finding and collecting games in a single database. I use to use the Desktop app, but now solely use the mobile app and the Cloud Connect platform. Scanning barcodes is easy, searching is easy and syncing is very fast. The customisability is extensive but simple to use. For bulk edits I prefer the web interface, but everything is achievable in this app. Hats off to the development team who are always updating the platform at a reasonable rate.

its a great app to sync your collection. would be better to set some defaults like eu region as the default region of games, or loose carts for nes instead of auto switching to cib which i dont have a lot of. would make it a lot easier to maintain. i now rarely bother because its just too much work to put that all in. scanning barcodes is the best feature by far.

Crazy easy to compile a list of your collections, especially using the barcode scanner. And even without the barcode scanner I haven't yet had any trouble finding the game I am trying to add with the online search option. Even with the cost to get the full version I still highly recommend this app for anyone serious about cataloguing their collections 👍

I was really looking forward to using this as my "one and only game catalogue", so much so I went into it knowing I'm going to buy the license. Unfortunately, it is now 100% subscription based... I uninstalled it right away. I will never pay subscription fees for apps. Seriously...get real... If you revive the ability to purchase lifetime licenses then I'd come back, but only then. In the meantime, I'm going to look into making my own app.

I've been using this application for over 4 years and I've been so back and forth with my experience. When I initially bought this application, I was limited in my options but now there are MANY better, cheaper alternatives. I don't know how CLZ's software fairs on other platforms, but on the mobile side this is a buggy MESS- it is NOT a quality product. Despite having auto sync with cloud turned on, I've had to re-add the bulk of my collection several times when having to backup my phone. There are super obvious bugs I've noticed for years that never see a patch. The UI flow is dated and where other good applications (especially that cost 15 dollars!) I don't feel like they've polished the application since I bought it over 4 years ago. And I feel like instead of going back and improving this software, this publisher is instead working on expanding their tools. I recommend exploring other options.

this is a great app for collectors! it almost always had what ever game i typed into it with pictures and videos about the game. if it could do that with video game hardware as well, this would be the complete package. Recetntly the game values have been a little off. Some games won't display selling rates any more without switching the version you have despite them working before.

Yes, you have to pay, but the app is extremely good. It works exactly as I wanted with adding my collection and adding a photo of each item. The cloud sync was the other feature I needed and it works perfectly. You can send a link of your collection to other people so they can see it too. The customer support is very helpful. I got a response from them in 90 minutes with the solution for a slight issue I had.

Recurring subscription fees without any possibility to acquire the software once and for all => uninstalled and replaced with a functionally superior competitor product that can be bought instead of rented.

This app isn't really free, there's no mention of it anywhere on the install page, but it demands you pay a subscription fee to use it at all, and not agreeing to paying stops what you're trying to do. That not being mentioned anywhere and the app being free to install creates the illusion that it's completely free, but it's not if it has a mandatory subscription fee, and that, to me, is really dishonest.

Essential for collector's. When you have a high inventory of games, it makes keeping up easy. Want to buy a game? Put in the info and most of the time it can show you a Uribe video on it before you purchase. The full app costs more but is 100% worth it.

I use CLZ for everything. I like this branch of the whole, as it's easy to navigate like the others, and definitely has time well spent on it. My only problem is that this app specifically doesnt account for board games as a form of game. If board games and the like were added, it would be perfect.
