CM Battery

Junk! Had this for years and now it's doing nothing but showing "unfortunately stopped", crashes, and wont close apps. Unfortunately it's time to stop all of Cleanmasters' apps.

I really love the app kill feature, I like how it will force stop apps when I exit the particular app.

Hoping you continue to update cm battery its a big help for my phone i dnt have to force atop manually apps.

It won't keep apps from starting up again can you fix Thanks

Pls read this before wasting your time to install this app.. no application is better than the system itself to manage power consumption.. killing apps to save battery will never work, instead they increase power consumption. These developers are looting the users weak knowledge of Android sytem

It's a good app (no ads too), but it really doesn't do enough to stop most of the power draining apps. It usually presents me with a small list containing apps I mostly want to run, and setting the brightness to auto (which is too dim for me). The few apps that are stopped also tend to restart. This app needs the ability to stop all power-draining background apps and a hibernation feature as well to keep apps from restarting.

The current version of CM Battery is fast with zero lag time. If you update it at all include an Android Firewall System inside the app. Battery Doctor seems to slow your phone down and fills gallery with ad pictures. CM boosts your memory, cleans your Android System and helps your battery. Best yet, it's low on space. I recommend CM Security and CM Battery on your device.

I love this app and would glady replace the (CM Battery Doctor) with this version. The only thing preventing me from doing so, is the inability to create a one-tap widget/shortcut to optimize. With (CM Battery Doctor) you can add an optimize and or super optimize. I'd switch if I could just add a standard optimize widget. Suggest/Recommend/Request adding those features and it'd be really sweet for a bar like widget, I think those are the 4x1 maybe? Like the ones Clean Master offers. But a great app and recommend it overall!

Bought a new phone thinking using this app my battery would live longer but it actually broke my battery and wont charge past 83℅. Just 1 month and must search for another battery. Stop this app, stop destroying batteries. My wife also used this app, convinced her that it is best for charging and now her galaxy s4 wont charge past 86℅. So its the app responsible for the battery failure.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. IT WILL CONATNTLY FLOOD YOU WITH ANMPYING POP UPS AND GOD FORBID YOU LET YOUR BATTWRYFALL BELOW 15%. THATS WHEN IT STARTS SCREAMING AT YOU EVERY 30 SECONDS, MAKING YOU WANT TO SMASH YOUR PHONE FOR BEING SO ANNOYING! TERRIBLE DESIGN REALLY WHEN THE APP ACTUALLY DRAINS YOUR BATTERY FASTER WITH SUCH ANNOYANCES

This is a great app but when I turn on smart power saving and close recent app by giving it accessibility on marshmallow then if any other app asks for any permission then it shows screen overlay detected! Please solve this issue as I have to force stop cm battery saver each time and have to give accessibility again when I have to give permission to any other app. PLEASE HELP!

One of the best battery saver app. Still needs few updates. Has some major bugs. 1). CM Battery automatically turns on wifi when the battery reaches 15%. ( Its should be done only when we are using mobile data & if the battery reaches 15 ). There is no logic in turning on wifi when not using mobile data!... 2). What was the chinese text that appears weird in charge master ?. 3). Pls stop that star rating feedback once its given. Its almost appears frequently every time we use it. Really annoying. Thx.

It's a good app for helping keep my apps from consuming too much power. But I don't like the writing that keeps popping up on my screen when it locks. & it's a little difficult to figure out. Otherwise it does what it says & I'm happy

If it can add itself in Device Administrators list inside Security settings, then it will be able to control or optimize or hibernate more services & apps. We are using v1.2. Thanks. ADs can be pre-included or updated via playstore, NO need to connect internet for that. Bad/Con Side: it is accessing ALL app's ALL Log files ! All History ! ALL website/URL visit List ! etc, So this app is Violating Privacy-Rights :( It is using non-encrypted internet connections !

I am more then happy with this app. I've been searching for a long time and Im not exaggerating when I say I've tried damn near all the ones that were claiming 2b "#1." Well non were even close to #1. Then I finally found this one 😊. It does what it says it will and is far superior in my opinion. I am not concerned with looking for a better app cuz I really doubt it exists. Do urself & phone a big favor and get it. Ur gonna be really glad u did😉😃👍.

The app seems to do its job as far as letting you know what's draining your battery and is a handy shortcut to closing those apps however I don't know if it's the apps on my phone that open themselves or this app gets confused. The part of the app that governs charging efficiency is incorrect as it will say my phone is at 60% when the system says it is at 100%. When the phone is not actively being used it does definitively extend the battery life provided you force close everything as it says to do. There could be a better and more organized menu layout for all the functions however.

This app causes my system to overheat forcing me to power off and disabling the app. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall no difference. I do not recommend this app.

The "Close recent app" is not working anymore on my Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime. I still need to go to the app and then do it manually. It already has permission on my accessibility.
