CM10 CM11 : Royal Blue Cobalt
INSTRUCTIONS:Download the theme, go to settings/themes and APPLY THE SYSTEM THEME AND REBOOT. Now select my Theme & apply. You may get an error: 'Sorry, this theme is missing assets for your device's screen size'.Ignore that and apply it anyway and REBOOT.The lock screen and some system dialogs cannot be themed in the T-Mobile Theme Engine, therefore they will remain unchanged.
If you get an Error Message stating that the theme was "Improperly Compiled..." just apply the "system" theme, and reboot your phone. Once your device boots back up go back into the Theme Chooser and apply Royal Blue Cobalt.
Royal Blue Cobalt is Primarily a Blue theme that is vastly different than stock ICS

Hey been using your themes for quite some time an love it easy on the eyes and save me a lot of work doin myself like I used to do lol with that being said do you think you could theme YouTube and Google music that would be awesome they seem left out and out casted from all the rest of the purty blue icons
Rating low as it don't work anymore due to no updates for the last two OS jumps. Would rate 5 stars for MM support.

A blue theme that actually themes the whole ui. Developer is quick to respond to Google's recent updates. Google botches it, this guy fixes it. I love it

Many, many elements are themed. The black backgrounds really make the royal blue trim and detailing pop. Inverted play store - thats always a must for me. I'm not fully satisfied with themes very often but this one hits the spot.
Icons are awesome. I like the look of them. I like the color. It's really easy on my eyes. Only issue I have is that when I click the wifi button in the notifications drawer, it will turn off, but won't turn back on. I have to manually go into wifi settings to get it to connect to my wifi again. Other than, awesome theme.
