CMCU Mobile Banking

After updating my Samsung Galaxy 9+ to the latest Android 9 OS, the app doesn't work. I keep getting an error message telling me to restart my phone when I open the app. I did that. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I still get the same error message. Play store shows that the app hasn't been updated since 2017. This needs to be resolved quickly, I used this app multiple time a day. This app is a huge disappointment!

Horrible! This damn Credit Union took over Premier Federal. A small but will ran Credit Union that have an efficient and easy to use mobile app. It is impossible to find settings and to switch to biometric thumbprint. Everytime I log on I have to go through a whole ritual of typing in my account number and going through three text message codes I have to put in. This thing is horrible. BigEdBSA

Unable to get passed the login. When I tap the sign in button with my info, the app loads for a quick second and then nothing happens. Works fine on my iPad, but not my Moto e4 on Android. I'm rating just the Google play version. Its unfortunate that it's unusable.

an update was done on the Samsung phones and now the CMCU Mobile Banking App is not opening. The app was working properly before the recent update. I heard several complaints from friends trying to use a Credit Union App after an update, and the app is not working. The app has been uninstalled and reinstalled. The two apps I'm aware of is Nova Credit Union and Charlotte Metro Credit Union.

USERPASS Lockout. That's what it comes out everytime I try to login. It wont let me use the app at all. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but nothing is working. I can login through the website on the computer but the app is not working. Please help and solve this.

Everytime I try to access my account I get a code 500 error message. I've uninstalled then reinstalled the app and even changed my password....No change. Going to the website is so inconvenient...This app needs to be fixed immediately!

Unable to use the app to access my accounts. Message pops up that states "USERPASS-Lockout". This error needs to be fixed immediately as I have not been able to access my accounts via this mobile app for more than a week.

I use this app daily but since I updated my galaxy s9+ as others have stated it only gives the error to restart my device.I work in IT so of course I began to troubleshoot my device but considering all off my other apps are working fine its not my device.Please look into this. I have been a loyal CMCU customer for years but right now im not at all pleased.

App stopped working with latest update on Galaxy Note 9. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app -- won't allow new install. Not acceptable to happen for a banking app. Update (2/5/19): Bank responded to my email inquiry that they are working on it, but that I should contact Samsung. None of my other apps (150+) appear to have been affected by the update. Perhaps the bank needs a new developer/app?

I love this new app. The ease of depositing checks is so awesome... I no longer have to drive way out of my way for any banking needs. I can deposit my checks in minutes without ever going to the bank.

Horrible app!!! Had no problems with the premier app, this one worked fine until yesterday. Now, everytime I go to sign in, all I get is the circle going around. Even uninstalled and reinstalled!

Locks me out every single time! I know it's the right pass word because I can get in online but not the app without going through the pw change procedure.

The app will not open on my Pixel 3a. I can log in with my laptop just fine. It would be more convenient to be able to use my accounts with my phone.

Since the latest update, it broke signing in. After you enter the pin, it prompt back to sign in. Sign in second time and enter pin, app crashed. Please fix!

Cant get the app to work at all on my Samsung Galaxy 21. Opens, enter login info, screen flashes a few times, then back to a blank login screen. Over and over...

The only problem I have with the app is it that it locks you out of it way too easily and the only way to unlock it is to call CMCU.

I have downloaded, removed and redownloaded this app multiple times and it never works. always has an error message. super frustrating.

Was a great app until my phone updated and can no longer open it. Uninstalled and restarted device seveal times and it still says Service is temporarily unavailable. Please restart your device and try again.

Please Please Please update app. Since my most recent Samsung Galaxy 9 update, the app no longer works. I continue to get an error msg after uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times.

Not working after latest update to my Note 9, One Ui version 1.0 Android version 9, message says to reboot phone and try again. Check and check, not working. NEED THE APP UPDATED!!

For me I purchased a brand new Samsung phone and could never get the app to work it worked fine on my old phone that I had for 5 years. So I called the call center for some technical assistance that was a negative no help at all don't currently have an issue with any of my other financial institutions app??

Would be better if you could access your account # without having to call in & give multiple answers to receive it. A text alert option would be nice as well.

App was great right up till I got the latest OS update over the weekend. Now I cannot log in and get a popup telling me to reboot my device....

Love this app, very user friendly. The only thing that would make it better would be the ability to see account and routing numbers.

This is the best credit union I have ever been with they are friendly and loyal to me when it comes to my account keep me updated on a lot of things that's going on with cmcu customer service is excellent every time I call or every time I come in.

Worked great on my Pixel 3 until the last security update. Now I just get booted back to log in screen after entering credentials.

Works great on my Samsung phone, doesn't work at all on my Motorola. Kinda weird but whatever

Constantly locking due to inability to login. Works in browser but not app.

The app works great! I haven't ever had a problem with it and it has everything you need. This credit union is great and I highly recommend!
