CMG Telemedicine

Unreliable, the app is constantly failing. I wait for hours for my doctor, even though the app says another doctor will come on after 10 minutes, nobody ever comes on. There is also no option for me to select this feature, but the final screen says I never answer this optional question. There are often issues with hearing each other when we finally do get face time. CMG should choose another provider for this service. I am tired of ending the call and restarting.

Good experience; Quality can be iffy but that's because it goes between each doctors phone or laptop camera quality. App is a bit slow but that may be because of a high volume of usage. Overall a good app and easy to navigate.

Total failure, I'd be better off going to med school and becoming a doctor to treat myself than fumble around with this waste of time. I have an account there but app couldn't find it, I try to set up an account and it comes back with server error. Useless to me.

This concept would be great if the app actually worked. Takes 10 minutes to load anything, pretends you hit buttons when you don't, and don't even attempt to leave the app while you're waiting for the doctor because it WILL glitch out and kick you from the visit.

Medicare does not provide for this service and the expenses are exorbitant. This application is not of any quality service because it falls to maintain connection many times and reconnection fees are subsequently applied. The wait time is quite long and the doctors are not often available. We need a quality service, and our respective feedback has gone unaddressed for quite some time. *3/25/21 Thank you for your reply. I have spoken with someone who said there's nothing they can do about it.

The app was slow to load anything but it did all actually load (I didn't have high hopes due to other reviews). My doctor wasn't available and it took at least a half hour of waiting for another doctor to take the call (part of the wait was him checking my charts). That being said I would much rather be on hold on an app than deal with scheduling an appointment and actually having to go in. Would definitely use again.

I can never get through to my doctor. I get to the video screen and it says "waiting for dr. to join the call" and thats it. I've waited an hour and a half before and no one answered. call the office and they can see that someone is doing a visit but it just shows a blank spot on their screen. It used to work great but it has just gone down hill for about 6 months or so.

Crashing constantly and nobody will help resolve the issue. Meanwhile, I can't get my prescriptions refilled and I'm not feeling well cause of this.

The app kicks you out when you login, until the account you make is processed. If you have trouble with it. Call tech support.

Never connects to my doctor but i allways get double charged some how. Can never hear my doctor . worst app ever . if i could give negative stars i would .

Useless.. I spent 2 hours waiting for a doctor, to find out he declined the visit. Ended up going to urgent care... only see the doctors in person. This app sucks.

I have for 2 weeks been trying to see my dr the site shuts down no matter how many times i install and uninstall and talk with tech support it doesnt work

Need to see my dr and app crashes. Causing more stress in a stressful sitation.

I loved the idea to get in touch with a physician after hours instead of visiting the urgent care. Unfortunately it did not work. After almost one hour the app could not connect me to any physician. I just hoped I won't be charged for the wait time.

THIS APP IS HORRIBLE!!! Won't load, won't connect. IMPROVE!!!

App is always shutting down, can not get past sign in screen

Can't use it due to the fact it keeps freezing up and kicking me out.

Love all of my PA'S, and Dr Abraham, sometimes the App is a little glitchy BUT that never stops me from being able to see any one of my physicians assistant s or dr abraham. If I need advice change of medicine or anything else. My granddaughter also uses the same PA'S and When she fell at school during homecoming and I took her locally for xrays we followed up on the app scott krull actually saw her ankle and gave her exercises to heal it quickly and she is all better. So once we knew it wasnt broken fractured etc.. he looked right at her on the CMG app and told us what to do. I love being able to use this app because with her busy high school schedule its wonderful we can see our favorite dr and PA right from our living room. Keep it up CMG and Dr. A.. YOU ARE great, scott also please dont ever leave.

Horrible charge you up front then it doesn't connect and disconnects doctors can't hear you It's the worst step ever I spent $151 a day five different transactions $49 up front they charged me before I could get a doctor

The CMG team in Clarkston MI is awesome!! They respond to customer needs and are willing to take time out of.their busy day to answer questions, and provide support as soon as possible. The CMG team is always professional when dealing with a patient. Those CMG I have spoken with, in person, Credit Dr Abraham's personality for the positive attitude that underlies the organization's success. I would not consider having any other Doctor for my care, and my wife feels the same.

This is difficult to use on an android

It was great until doctor Montrose could not see me towards the end of The Visit
