crash, how to sign in daily? July update,much improved。 Battery drain, on for 3mins used 9% battery within the 24hr
Didn't change password when first login. Can't find key to change password anymore
the current version started to uploading something unknown hourly without my knowledge. though it has an notification showing "uploading blah blah" but it disappeared so quick that i cannot have time to read the notification on what it is doing. not to mention it drains my battery, i do think my privacy is compromised in that way. uninstalled.
Not the best app. For example, the pedometer doesn't always work, preventing you from reaping the monthly points reward. I've tried all the support's advice, restarting the app and such, but still no guarantees. If I didn't need to pay my bill with it to take advantage of the coupons, would not recommend the app.
There were coupons in my account which u was not even aware of. You need to give some push notifications or some type of notifications to the user about the coupons you populate inside his account on the app then only they ll use it. The app has a lot of contents which makes the user confused. Design some app which is simple and easy to use
used it for a long time.. used to be very good.. it gets worse every time it is being updated.. instead of fixing the bugs it creates more.. took forever to load.. often impossible to load.. step counts never updated.. often give up waiting and give up my chance to earn point.. horrible customer service - never answer my question.. just..... horrible..
Much of this app doesn't work, after the most recent upgrade: over the past few days messages indicating "system upgrade" appear far too often. In particular, my e-cash coupons are now not available. Just what is happening, I wonder? [Amended 2019-09-19]Things have just gotten worse, the app doesn't even open any more. Has the CMHK system been hacked?
Do not install this app. They keep uploading some data hourly without my permission. I don't know what they upload and they have permission on you personal information (photos, contact, app, etc.). Stop their permissions and background running permission!!
Can't turn off push marketing. The app is sensing my phone notifications too often with their marketing. Phone offers, plan offers etc. I've only just started my contract 2 months so not interested at all. Terrible experience so far.
Shows unwanted notification ads, and shows very few payment options.
trying to log in but password won't work, then tried to change my password. It said it must include letters and numbers and then said it had to be six numbers, did that and said it had to have letters and numbers. I'm unable to pay my phone bill via this app now so might as well get rid of it.
The updated app has a lot of bugs. The credit card payment page either does not load or you cannot fill in the details to pay the bill. This is the second month where I have to physically go to the store to pay. Please fix this ASAP
I have a family plan. Your app does not provide the data usage of the prime number. And despite my contacting your customer service office since May, with constant response that some one will contact me, no one ever did. I think it is high time China mobile should take customer service seriously.
Can't sign in,even my google account is valid? Why?
I will not install any app, especially one from a telecom subsidiary of a Mainland China State-owned Enterprise, that requires access to my phone's microphone. That really is the last straw!
I rate no star to this app if I can. This app is too annoying. I cannot login at all. I tried to contact customer support but was asked to login their website. Gosh, I was getting help to login via this app, not the website. BTW, the customer support told me that MyLink login is difference from website. How come they just can't make things more user friendly?
the app is helpful n comprehensive. the only defact is that the communication with the customer service could not be retrived. once u quit the conversation window, any useful information will be closed as well without any record remained
Was a good app. But now I can't pay my bills via the app because when entering details the sections go off screen on android and unable to fill in the forms. Please get this fixed.
I have tried several times to make payment. When I input the credit card info, it directs the page to purchasing platform and the e-coupon became invalid and I have to try again on next day.
The pedometer for 200000 step challenge is not working properly. It removes the counts sometime automatically and sometimes doesn't counts the steps as well.
Since 2-3 days ago app cannot access Mylink points or any other features, just get a blank page. Therefore tried to reinstall but cannot download, stuck at 68%! Tried many times and waited 10mins each time! Pls fix ASAP as I need to redeem Mylink points within this week.
I could not pay as the payment platform does not allow me to complete all entries after the upgrade! I have tried several days and my due date for my bill is 30 April. Please advise!
I cant open the App now. It just keep saying press "Mylink app" if you have stalled already. I just completed my simcard registration.
