Not bad but could be better. I seem to get an error message more often than not that login failed because the app can't communicate with login server. It gets quite annoying after a while.

I really like the app. It's very easy to use and it has enhanced my library user experience, making it easier to search for things and put them on hold. Not sure if this is already a feature, but I would love to be able to make a wishlist of items that I'd like to read in the future.

they fixed my last problem and things are going great. all they need are in app notifications. I think it would be easier than texting emailing or calling

I love the access to all things going on in my community. The library system is one of our largest gifts, anyone can use. Good people and always so helpful. What a Treasure!

I love the convenience; however I wish that I could see a little more features instead of having to resort to my laptop.

Works fine. Never had any issues after 2 years of using this app.

Unable to login for a month now. States unable to communicate with the server.

Now the app wont let me log in...I can log in online but not using the app..

The library I pretty much as the entire website on your smartphone. That's all I was looking for the previous versions really sucked but this new update is good.

It is better than nothing but I liked the old app better. I am now able to see locations of library where the item I am requesting is available. I would still like to see if an item is "in transit". And it does not retain branch selection for holds but defaults to assigned branch (I am a Morrison refugee, but Myers Park is more convenient pick up than South County, my designated branch). Very annoying when I forget to re-confirm pick up location for a hold. The app info says I can find out what branch has a book and I have stumbled into finding how to do that by selecting "hold" and then scrolling down list of where to srnd the hold item. Branches with item available are indicated. Would be helpful if app site provided instructions on how to see it and train employees to instuct users. Staff at branches are helpful, but not trained enough in app to answer the technical, how-to questions.

I hate this updated version. I am locked into checked out books and cannot get out of it even after clearing browser and uninstalling program.

It's ok but it would really be great if the option was there to receive notifications regarding your account.

When I am searching and trying to put things on hold it will not let me and it says "I have already put it on hold"but I do not see it on my hold list after I keep refreshing the screen

App is randomly checking my location through the day. Seems a little 1984...

No search results returned no matter what search criteria I enter.

I'm a regular user of the CM Library app but this new version is missing out on a lot of great features from the earlier app. I'd love to provide input on the features from the earlier app that were best and most used. The new app is missing so many features and abilities. I'd like a new release with the old capabilities.

The old app was much better. The search function on this is terrible. Half of the time it can't find the book I'm looking for even though I've checked it out before or seen it in the library. The old app had an older feel to it but this new app is absolutely terrible.

Old app so much better. Books checked out can't be sorted by anything other than title. No sorting by due date for ease of renewal. When searching for title, no info is available as to what branches have the title and whether it's checked out. Also, can't tell when a book is due back. Book "recommendations" are worthless, just lists from ?? authority. Unnecessary app redo. App is faster, but only one star due to lack of info and poor acct management. This app could be so much better. The old app had almost as much catalog info and functionality as the website. This app is nowhere close.

The online app for the public library in a city of 1 million has only 1000 users and a dismal 2.6 rating. A few years ago CharMeck couldn't find the funding to keep its branches open more than part time. The online app mirrors the brick and mortar library. Absolutely pathetic..

Old app was better. The feature where you can see which branches has the book has been removed. What is the point of searching for a book if I can't see where it's located. Will be using the desktop site instead

Hard to use, takes more time to locate books, not user friendly.
