I installed this because I could store larger videos in the vault but a while ago it became where I cannot even get passed the disguised widget that is the news reel and if not done correctly just shows news clips. I had no problem at first but not sure what I'm doing wrong after getting it right at first but I really need to get to the next step when my photo pops up and click on it 3 times to take me to the vault. I have a lot of important photos and videos that I need badly and not sure if I lost them!!!! I even tried to install to see if it would release those photos and videos and didn't work. Can anyone help me. I tried to email the creator and obviously received no reply!!! I just want my stuff back safely and will find another vault app to use. I loved the first Vault app that's most popular but like I said this one could store a lil larger videos. I really hope I don't regret using this one!!!

#1- The news links wont connect, it keeps telling me there is an unexpected error. I've tried working with them to fix this, but its been a week and no resolve and no suggestions for a sollution. I believe they have stopped responding to my messages even! #2- To be a discrete texting app, wouldnt it make sense for the desription not to focus on what it can hide, but what other functions it has? Then once you download it a message or something that highlights the benefits of private messaging.

I've installed it 4 times now, and see nothing but the news service with no option or menu to get to "the vault" to store files. No instructions or help online to show you how to get to it. I have e spent more than an hour and there is only one menu option and it says edit news sources. That is all I get. Worthless app for what I wanted it for. Oh and the website listed for this app does not exist!!!!!!

Works ok for standard messaging. Photos do not work. Messages with them never arrive. To contact Support in the app that they have told the others to use doesn't seem to work, it just makes a pop up. Please add numbers for Hungary too.

Used to be a great app. Have been using it for years. Lately it won't play videos that are sent. When trying to send a video it fails with an error. Never had these issues before. Reached out to developer and so far only a polite response thanking me for reaching out.

So far so good for the most part. I do NOT like the fact that if i lock my screen while in the app and then turn my screen back on it shows whatever i was doing for about 1.5 seconds. I got this app for security and privacy. Please fix this. Other than that I'm happy so far. As i go more through the app and explore all its features ill update my rating.

Mostly great, I've used it for a while now and it mostly works like it should, it disconects out of nowhere sometimes but it doesn't last. Fingerprint verification would be nice.

1) I granted CoverMe access to my phone's Contact List. Now everytime I dial out to a ph # on CoverMe, it also, shows up on my Not-so- Private ( regular) ph. This, totally, defeats the purpose: trying to hide texts & associated ph#s. DIsappointed. 2) Upgrades that I thought I had already paid for. Otherwise, ok!

Nothing is working on the app it is NOT doing what you are promoting in the play store I paid for a small upgrade to CNM news and my messages are NOT private and I cant use anything on the app. Do I need to uninstall this app and reinstall it and if so will I lose my money or is there a fix, I submitted 3 screenshots.

Couldn't recover my previous account even though it was connected to my email. Created a new account, bought premium for vault access AGAIN, and can't save pictures from conversion And good luck getting support, their average reply time is 18-24 hours.

Used to love this app... Not sure whats going on now. Can't send or recieve vids anymore. Sent a request in the more section under the report issue but never got contcted back or the issue resolved.

The videos that I saved in the vault were suddenly corrupted and lost. I requested assistance from their help desk and have not heard a response.

One of the most private and secure apps out there the only thing that bothers me is that it is not compatible with Bluetooth whatsoever I have tried everything....?

can't change phone number. I travel and it would be great to be able to change phone number easily like Burner app.

easy and secure app, love it but have one suggestion that if it's possible that give more disguise screen option , like calculator etc

Cant access my contacts since I upgraded could use some help can only see the contact us page all my contacts can be seen in my regular email not CMN NEWS app if you can't help send back my money all my contacts are visible

Great app but I agree with the person poin ting out that the purpose is defeated when you have to pay from the play store which keeps a record

app does not work. contactes customer support and they say i am uneligble for a refund. its only 5 bucks, but it's the principle. Don't waist your money

Everything works EXCEPT texting. Can't send nor receive. Too bad I spent so much money 😭 "sent failed"

I switched to an S10+ and I cannot open the app to login now.

Excellent. No unwanted adds it does everything it said it would do with no issues.

I hv silent ringtone only for call and msg bt app does silent all the completely dat means no incoming call and msgs Pls rectify dis issue,i wanna silent only ringtones not notifications...

Unreliable. Missing messages. Corrupted messages.

I really paid for nothing , app doesn't work properly and doesn't even block messages

90% of the time the stupid app doesnt work and I pay for the full version!!
