Better on a tablet than a phone due to screen size and functionality. Haven't had the barcode scanner crash issue on my phone or ipad. I get notified when work orders are assigned to me, only on apple devices. Not on my Android

Fine for remote viewing. Some issues: cannot download attachments without app shutting down (could be a size limit); search function is tedious.

barcode scanner crashes app when selected on my galaxy s9....UPDATE Didn't realize that another app was also required for the barcode scanner to function. The app is called "barcode scanner" and it has a red and black icon, I tried another one with green and black icon and it did not work.

Recently quit working on galaxy s7. Worked fine a couple weeks ago. Also opens up automatically when on accuweather app. Please look into this.
