Tried creating an account on the website but it doesn't work. Tried creating an account on the app but it doesn't work. It tells me I can save money by joining rewards but won't let me sign up for the rewards program. Trying to do anything online with them makes me wish they didn't buy out the theater chain I've always gone to.
The only thing it is good for is showtimes. There is a continuous error every time and it does not show any rewards points you may have.
I go almost Religiously to the theater during my day(s) off. The Theaters are Superb, the Food/Drinks are Great, but at the moment (I'm guessing due to covid reasons) the APP is USELESS. I've been using the WEB SITE to find out what is playing in my theater.
app does not work. you can not create an account. it wants to be able to listen to your phone calls. you'd be better off not using this app at all. i assumed there was a rewards program, but that isn't the case.
Useless. Only shows one theater in Texas. Even with my location turned on. I'm in Florida. Can't get any movie times or buy tickets. I miss Cobb.
New user. Cant sign up with facebook, cant sign up with a standard account. I receive an unspecified error with FB sign in, and permission needed with standard.
cant creat a account on this app if you cant fix this issue then hire someone else to make the app I all so tried to create a account on the website had the same problem you need to hire som compedint people to deal with this problem or else people aren't going to go to your theater
App does not work. Plug in the theater I go to and absolutely nothing comes up. I check the theaters website and there's plenty showing.
This app won't go past the find a theater new you, no matter how many times I reinstall. Garbage Junk!
I love the theater and food is delicious but the app doesn't work so you have to find another way to see what's playing. I'm giving it a 3 because of the app
You get 1 star until your app starts working again. Cant even get past the "pick your theater" screen.
It shows nothing! Thought theater was still closed but they just aren't using the app anymore.
Doesn't have Halcyon location On McFarland Pkwy Alpharetta Georgia. Until it's included the app is useless and we won't become customers. In addition the email provided below doesn't even work. Cmon get it together.

Not as strait forward as I expected.
Will not let me create an account.
Won't let me create an account unless it gets permission to my phone's status. That's completely unnecessary for account creation. Also during my purchase, my email address was not applied if I scrolled down or hid the keyboard. Only hitting the return button applied the address. At least provide a hint on the UI for the user to hit return if you're not going to read the edittext!
Apparently the only movie playing, ever, is Die Hard, every day in January. Don't get me wrong, I love Die Hard, but I am pretty sure my theater is playing more than that right now in December. I think this issue started with the November update. It no longer pulls accurate listings, other than Die Hard. I thought it was a decent app before that update hit, and I would be willing to change my review when fixed.
