I've noticed that since I've unenrolled from auto pay, due in part to changing credit cards, I am no longer able to pay via the web. Also, I find it interesting that they are always running contests but not announcing any winners. The upside, I have 2 payments left and I was blessed and continue to blessed to have picked a vehicle that had no issues.

They should have never updated this app. The fact that the app sends you to web browser defeats the purpose of having the app, for starters. It's difficult to make a payment because I'm never sure if I'm clicking the right box. When I'm ready to make a payment the drop box option does nothing after I click, "make a payment" or "pay now" options. The point of updating an app is to install simpler and convenient modifications.

Payment app is not designed to be used with cell phone. You have to use it with a computer, which makes an " on the go" type app , basically useless. Wish there was an app that you could link your bank account/ cash app/ Venmo ect to, and transfer the payment. Quickly, without calling in to make a payment. It's difficult for some to call in or take phone calls, whn business hours are concluded, there is no other options. No way to call after hours, no user friendly app.......(?) DONT WASTE UR $$

The app was amazing until the last few months. It stopped even opening and I have no way to view my account because it sends me to a web page that is frozen and kicks me off. Whatever happened to cause everything to go haywire needs to be fixed. Several months later and nothing has been done to try and fix it. You realize it costs the company more having to pay employees to make and answer calls for payments instead of other tasks in their job requirements.

They suggest making your payments online is faster and easier. Never have I heard a less true statement. I have been trying to make my payment online since July and neither the app nor the website works. I a payment ahead and you wouldn't think it would be that big of a deal, but oh no. If you don't make that payment your harassed 8 times a day by the automated call service.

This used to be the best way to pay and be on time! Everytime i open the app it keeps telling me i need to put my contract info in and when i do it says theres already an account with this info and cant open it. I have undowloaded this, tried refreshing and every month is the same thing.

Since first downloading this app it's been very vague and limited. You can only see up to date balance no details as far as a break down of payments or account history/loan info. Haven't been able to log in and pay for weeks . Keeps saying Facebook not supported by this app and it doesn't let me use other log in options since I've already set it up with Facebook. Would never recommend this app/company to anyone.

This app used to work. But after an update, it just brings up the web page for payment. This page is extremely unintuitive and basically nonfunctional on mobile. I have to make payments on my desktop now, which is not ideal.

Screen shot multiple issues. Force close on opening since update. All reviews seem consistent and continuous. I think a class action lawsuit might be a concern given the type of continued neglect whilst consumers pay such high premiums with such little effort to maintain simple coding. I think they need to stop skimping on their system and higher better talent. Clearly this is a management issue and perhaps less a labor issue since they can't fix the issues in a timely manor.

Worst app ever, can't even get pass the login and acceptance to terms. I do not see anything but the very first page . So I cant even see ads . It is not user friendly cause I cant use it . I cant even back out of the app unless I close the entire app down from the main system settings.

Until the most recent update, everything worked fine with no issues. With the most recent update the app force closes and with eventually cause errors or warnings on my phone for power consumption. Willing to update, if the app ever gets fixed.

Doesn't not allow me to edit my credit card info.... Just rejects my payment. Tried to add the card for over an hour each time over several days... Im thinking your system would be smart enough to update the info with the same card number. Nope not at all. Only thingnit does is rejects my payments. It has been doing this for days.... If you want us to make payments electronically... Think you would be able to set up a working website that actually works???? Uuugghhhh so damn frustrating!!

I've used this app for 2 years to pay my car payment and have had no problems since the recent update I can't even open the app and I can't pay my car payment and it's frustrating and urksome And I'm infuriated! all I want to do is pay my car payment and this app and the website wont-work. Oh and I called and got hung up on.

You should be able to have options to look up your information through several options not just always require a contract number, if you need a contract number, what's the point of entering ss information?! We should be able to just have an account with several options available and not have to log on each time. Poorly thought of app

The app has stop working, and I had to call in to make a payment through the automated line that's slow as hell.😠 I haven't missed a payment in two years with this app. Please fix it

The update is trash. The apps latest update ruined easy one time payments because website is not designed for easy payment and no confirmation. Im very disappointed because the app was working and was easy but update had to be done in order to use app when it didn't or wont open.

I JUST downloaded it, literally just now. It wouldn't let me make any payments (whether it was a one time payment or to even set up recurring payments). I'm a new customer with you guys and this is not looking good on your part. I recommend you get it together before legal actions are taken. I dare you to come at me saying that I did not make my payments, knowing very well that I attempted to make my payment, but your broken, inept, app wouldn't let me. Read your other customers' reviews.

All it currently does is redirect to their website on your browser. And when I log into the browser it shows I need to re-register. I've been paying for 3 years now and it's always been annoying

What's going on with this update? What was the point? I've been making payments for at least2 years with the app now you can't. It foreclosed or just continues to take you to the same page with an option to pay but then it loops back around again! This the worst. PlLEASE FIX IT ASAP!!!

Not only have I said that the app hasn't worked in years, but the website also hasn't let me in to make a payment or even to check my receipts to check on some things. Also like may people here you claim it doesn't happen to anyone else but obviously you wouldn't have a 1.7 star rating if that was the case. So someone's lying and I would bet money it's not us...

This app used to work just fine it looks like you guys are trying to scam people again. It has nothing in there receipts for how much you've paid how much goes to finance and how much actually goes to your balance due I've been paying $10,000 on this vehicle so far and so far supposedly I still owe $10,000 b*******

Since the recent update when you tap on the app it wants to redirect you to the internet to sign in and make payments online rather through that app and then waont even lat me make a payment I have to call in to make a payment with charges me even more money down right ridiculous this should be fixed asap. Developers need to address this issue.

Horrible it went from a useable app to extermly difficult to now I can't even make the payment you would think they would make it easy to pay now I have used my entire lunch break trying to make a car payment

Great app never had any problems making my payments even when I needed to switch payment situation. Always smooth transaction & so much easier than calling! Love this app. I just paid off my vehicle so I'm not gna miss that bi-weekly payment already got my title in the mail!

Worked fine until update..now won't open. I even uninstalled and reinstalled, still won't open. Please resolve ASAP!! I gave a 1 because it isn't working. When it works properly, I will rate again.
