It is very user friendly. I love the simplicity of it! It does more than check balances. You can transfer, mobile deposit, Bill payment..
About the only thing app does is list the last fourteen days of transactions. I can't see my deposits or do bill payment like the website allows me to do. Update: I wanted to see my deposits for last 4 months. Can't do that. You have to get permission from the Bank.
Just like with all "apps," you have limited functionality. That's why I ALWAYS used the ACTUAL site. NOW, they changed it so you can ONLY use the app when on a mobile device. I'd like to actually see what bills are coming out when in Bill Pay. NOT AN OPTION!! JUST LET ME USE THE BROWSER AS I HAVE ALWAYS DONE SO I CAN SEE WHAT I WANT TO SEE, AND DO WHAT I WANT TO DO, NOT WHAT YOU THINK I WANT TO SEE AND DO! I love the Bank, but this move is enough to make me move my account!
Very basic app. Only useful for checking balance.
Only thing I wish it had was mobile deposit! Other than that, I love it!:)
Just needs to stay logged in. That's the reason I wanted the app so that I wouldn't have to log into the internet over and over

So far it's been awesome! I've had their app for a few years now. I didn't give it a 5 stars cause there's always room for improvement. I never give anyone/anything 5 stars for there's always room for improvement.
