CNB Bank

this is possibly the worst app in existence. very complicated to use. however its the only app our nice small town bank offers so go ahead and download it and suffer with the rest of us. theses banks are awesome and super friendly staff and cool people that treat you like family but they must've had a budget of 5 cents to create this app.

I don't know why, but occasionally my on screen keyboard won't show up, so I can't use the password and get into my account.

App doesn't recognize my fingerprint and the keyboard won't pop up!

There appears to be no way to download bank statements to you smart phone. Had same problem with laptop computer. This is a small bank with limited IT resources.

Easy to use always know what my checking account balance is

Keep me logged in

Easy to use and handy when need it

Takes too long to update information such as deposits

Always has the correct Balance and Available Balance. Helps me see when transactions have posted at the bank. The only thing that is missing is detailed information for pending transactions.

Love it . It is always accurate.

Almost perfect! Needs the ability to be able to see what the balance was at the time of the transactions.

Useless alerts and slow updates

This app is really good, it keeps me updated on my account.
