Was working good until the recent upgrade. Now it crashes, don't open and takes more than 3 times to get it to work.

So far so bad after the latest update the app no longer works and only shows a white screen and says cant load app.

Good update. Version 21.3.30 fixed the compatibility issue with my S22 and also added a lot of new features!

Not working right since update been awhile since it has worked right. I just updated again and it's still not working for the Samsung s21 ultra

I just updated my app and it crashed and doesn't work at all and the icon on my app screen is gone!.

The app was working fine. The past several days when I open I get an error message without even getting to a log-in page or fingerprint scan page. Just locks up. Dis-installed and re-installed multiple times. Will work the first time but then locks up the second time I try to open. Need to be able to see my account on the go to make sure everything that should pay out is paid out.

Even easy to use for old folks like me. Just takes seconds to transfer money or look up your accounts.

Worked great on my S7 until the update. Now all I get is a white screen.

Was a 5 star app, but something has gone wrong. No longer works on my Samsung J327A All I get now is a white screen.

4/12/2022 Finally fixed and functioning normally. Woohoo!!!/3/22 No improvement. Update blues since the new iteration of 3/14/22. I attempt to open the app and get a white, blank screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. These updates should be better vetted prior to release. Previous version worked okay.

Used to open and work just fine. Upgraded to a Samsung galaxy S22, and won't open at all. App won't open after clicking on icon on home screen, even after restarting phone, uninstalling,, and reinstalling.

Needs ability to attach notes for transfers...etc

Would NOT open on my tablet screen stayed white and I know it's not my tablet it's the app.

App crashes all of the time.

The app does not work 90% of the time. Most of the time I try to check my account the app isn't working and gives me constant errors. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and nothing helps. Why do I have to be approved to mobile deposits especially when the bank itself has restricted hours. What is the point of having an app if it doesn't work. This is extremely important to have working well for consumers.

Never works, doesn't even get to the log in screen before it crashes. Close the app and try again. Still crashes. Maybe 1 time out of 10 does it actually let me get to the log in screen. I expected slightly more outta carlinville national Bank.

Haven't been able to get into this app for over a week now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and it still does not work. I have had it for several years now w/out any problems and now it doesn't work at all. There is no error code shown just a message.

I keep getting an error message when I try to open app. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled at least 2 times. Works great for a time and then the error comes back. Is a great app when I can open it.

So normally I have no issues however, I just got a new phone and am trying to move my stuff over. However, I have forgotten what my username (because it stars out half of your username) is and without the username I'm pretty well not going to be able to do anything. I've tried calling and all I get is a voice mail. At this point I beyond frustrated.

Not working since updating it

This banking organization has given me an education, not only in banking, but in how to detect and avoid scams. While they still don't have a department that pays bills and manages money for clients who wish or need that function. They ARE, however, very professional and security minded!

The Bank is amazing! The mobile app, not so much. Downgraded from 5 stars to 1. Constantly crashing, or unavailable to use.

Ive been having a lot of problems with online banking letting me log in. It keeps telling me there are technical difficulties and then the app shuts down. Very frustrating

Works for a while then locks the user out with errors. After being locked out its better to go out of my way to an atm to check my balance because the app becomes unusable.

It won't let me register an account. I have put everything in correctly for both a checking or savings account and it still says that the information is not valid.

I have tried several times to open the app and it won't open this has been going on now for several days I have contacted my branch and they have no idea what it s wrong this is very inconvenient my phone is not an old phone

Good app, when it says instant transfers, it means it. Though not too friendly to older phones.

Loved the app until my phone updated to Android Pie, now it won't open, just crashes. Edit: The app now works with Pie and is great again!
