App not working at all. Please fix this! Edit: App works great after fix!

Great. Very little glitches. Easy to use

Easy to navigate, updates on a regular basis, numerous times I've had issues with password verification saying unable to verify or incorrect, try again later. Overall it's a good app.

this is a really useful app! it has all of the things that i need so i dont have to go to the bank. the only thing i recomend is writing down your log in info. i got locked out, more than once. it is pretty handy but sometimes it says it can't read my check. it gets pretty annoying. but overall I give it 5 stars!

The bank regularly locks me out of online banking. It just won't open with a correct password. I'm sure this is intentional, since I also have issues with this bank locking my cards for days at a time without any reason. Multiple times I have had my account sized for fraudulent reasons. I have been stranded out of town because the bank lied and said they thought the card was stolen. I have been stranded because the bank decided I could only use so much of my own money in a day. Done with it.

The app itself is fine, but lately its been kicking me off before I ever get to the log in screen, and it'll automatically send me to my home screen. I can't seem to fix it

I use to love this app but for 2 months it just goes to white screen then goes back to home screen. Called and talked to customer service and they were no help.

It's very useful to be able to deposit checks online and view/transfer in real time. Like I make a transfer and it's almost instant not matter the time of day.

Its an amazing app CNB always takes care of my needs. It takes more time in store to set up the add on but very useful.

App makes depositing checks and viewing statements from my phone so easy. And of course the customer service is always awesome!

I'm not sure why but the screen goes white like its loading then it kicks me to my home screen, its honestly useful when It does work

I am rating the great customer service. Thank you Eddie for letting me know an update for use on these fancy new phones is on the way. I really appreciate the info.

I have to uninstall and reinstall EVERY TIME I use it or I get the error box. EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE IT...

App will not open with the correct password. It works on my computer, but not my phone.

Always easy to check and make any adjustments on account.

I don't know why it's kicked me off ..I like the app but it's not working right now I eent to the bank but they just told me to up date it .But it's doing the same thing.:(

Very convenient especially since I live a 3 hour drive from the nearest branch

Edit*** since the last update I have had zero issues with my banking app.

There's one thing this app is consistent with.... And that's the ERROR message. I see that more than I see my account.

Wonderful experience no need going to the bank as with the app you can do eventually everything.

Very intuitive and user friendly. I haven't had any problems with it.

So glad that CNB is my bank. Love the online mobile banking. Literally has been a lifesaver this year!

This app WAS great till it stopped working this past week! Please fix it!!!

worked great til I got a new phone and then it stopped working, hope they fix it

Keeps locking me out and when I try to reset my password it says it can't retrieve my identity
