A very friendly bank. An easy to use app.
this app tells me to call the bank in order to login, then the bank tells me to login only on the desktop. What's the purpose of having this app?
Once I finally agreed to mobile banking I realized it is the best and it is secured

I'm locked out
Where do I begin. . . I have direct deposit, but how am I (as an adroid user) supposed to utilize mobile deposits? That feature excludes half of your customer base! That's annoying, deceiving, and inconvenient. The app and the bank need an entire policy and technological makeover if they want to keep their clientele.

For the most part I don't really have any issues with the basic functions of this app. However since I'm a online customer with CNB I can't access the mobile check deposit feature on my android phone. I have a check I would like to deposit but I cannot. I think this feature is only available for Apple users only. Now I don't know what to do with my check.
The app works perfectly fine. I check my accounts daily, transfer funds easily and use the bill pay feature on a monthly basis. The complaints from others who have downloaded the app are most likely a result of user error.
Terrible customer service always getting the bank answering machine the app have no option to deposit checks and on another phone I download it stops responding I will have to go all the way to 125 st in Manhattan to deposit my checks since they closed the east new york branch in brooklyn.very inconvenient.
Even after calling for help to fix the app, it doesn't work.
Waste of time
I have to keep installing and uninstalling. Then even after that I put in my credentials and I still can't log in. Very rarely does this app accept my login info. And forget getting your info from the number on the back of the card because it's only if u lose it or its stolen. We need an expert in this field so we can experience online banking with ease. I'm so done.
Needs the ability to transfer to other account holders and real-time updates. Also, the UI is in serious need of a refresh.
But how do i take a pic of a check to deposit? Is there another app ?
Great App ! . It does what a Banking App Is Supposed to do with no issues ....

App is okay for basic banking but it needs to get with the times. It's features are quite limited. It would be nice to deposit checks via app. It also does not seem to partner with Zelle :=(. My text alert has never worked either...etc
