GETTING STARTEDTo use the CNB Sevierville Mobile App, you must be enrolled as a Citizens National Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Love it... Can transfer money between my linked accounts in a few seconds and wonderfully useful to get notified whenever large deposits (you predetermine the amount) or transactions are made.*Edit* even though credits and edits are applied within moments I've still had several occasions where my balance adjusts unexpectedly because of some earlier transaction. So granted I'm not balancing my checkbook like I should but this day and age I'd fully expect the cnb app to be able to handle that

This is a very user friendly app. The online support is very helpful and quick to respond. My 1 question is, why can't I use facial recognition anymore?!? I used this regularly and now it's gone. Please respond. But otherwise great app.

I LUV using this app for my $! The lock switching my card on and off is personally my favorite thing about it because it CYA me from online charges some sites try to get you with, and of course it also is completely protecting you immediately/automatically if it is stolen or whatever else. Before that someone coulda racked up some charges before you realize it's missing, and even if you get that money back when you sort it out with the bank, it still can really hurt you if it's all you have.

To me "Tap" for an image means the camera button. On this app " Tap" means inside the image screen. TN Communication skills. Should be "Tap Here" on Mobile Deposit checks. I spent over 30 minutes tapping the camera button which reduces the screen to the background.

Amazing app with a lot of aweosme features!! I do wish there was a external transfer option and a change of information option, but maybe thay will happen in future updates. Regardless iove the app and its extremely secure and helpful

Convenient, but really finicky on optical character recognition. I've frequently had to take checks to bank after failed deposit attempts, thereby defeating the whole point of the app. Transfers, balance inquiries all no problem.

The check deposit camera often spins when trying to take the back side picture. Can't figure out any troubleshooting from my end, so maybe it's the app, idk. Super frustrating.

The mobile check deposit feature works about 50% of the time for me. Perfectly printed checks sometimes take 30 minutes of attempts to get to work. I really really dislike when I have to use it.

Not able to access our account, bank says my phone is old and won't work with their latest update, wont ever work until i get a newer phone. Love CNB but this will force me to move my money to a bank that does work with my phone.
