Giving up on this app. Online banking isn't much better after the "update". At east you can do things, but it is not optimized for mobile and has annoyingly small pop up windows that you have to go looking fu or, since they don't show up on your screen. Try looking to the left and down. Great bank, great customer service, horrible IT
Constantly says it is updating and it just spins and spins and will never open. Have reinstalled numerous times. Very frustrating. Was working at one time.
The app is always telling me i don't have a good enough signal to open the app. I have wifi and 3 to 4 bars on my phone at all times. This is ridiculous that I can't view my own info.
I have to uninstall and reinstall like three times a month because I'll open the app and it will not load just have a lil icon at the bottom. It's ridiculous on how many problems I'm having with this app/bank and the way they run things. Almost as bad as Wells Fargo.
Service is the best ever. Each time i have walked thru the door i am greeted with a smile a welcome. Same goes for your customer service dept when i have called them. Thank you so much for everything you do.
The app is good when it works. I've had to keep uninstalling and redownload frequently to get it to work properly. This is rather bothersome.
This app NEVER works. It always wants me to change my password. It wants me to register a new device when I'm using the same device I always have. It says incorrect code when I open it. I can't stand it
Good when it works. When you open the app most of the time it wont even load in and it will. Be stuck spinning, please update this app. It's been years.
Main use of the app for me is mobile deposits but that doesn't work now. It's typical for the app to break and require an uninstall and reload to work again. Just not a well maintained app.
horrible!!!!! this app needs to be updated or they need a new one!!! what's the point of having it if it doesn't work??? the only way i can get it to work is by uninstalling and installing it again. :(
This app is complete trash!!!! I used to be able to use the app without a problem for a few weeks. Now, I have to uninstall and install everyday!
Im thinking about switching my bank mainly because of this app. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall it for it to work. I've done it 3 times this month alone...smh
Won't let you use unless you give these app access to everything on your phone. Major security risk and an invasion of privacy.
At least explain why so many permissions are required. App looks dated but works well so far. Will update review if any issues pop up.
Constantly having to reinstall. Never works. Is not reliable. Love the bank and the people but this app is aweful.
update: "change password" screen will only allow alphanumeric input, it will NOT accept special characters. (ie. ÷%#$@, etc.)
I'm having to uninstall app and reinstall about every week. 8 months later and I'm still having to do the same thing I figured it would be fixed by now.
SOMETHING NEEDS TO GET FIXED, ... doesnt get to log in screen. When you call the bank, they say they are working on it. Must have an IT department of one person, who isnt smart enough to actually work in computer programming.
its nice when it actually works. most of the time it tells me its updating but never finishes updating. so annoying.
Your app crashes all the time. i frequently have to uninstall and reinstall just to log in.

Logs out no access. Having to download app and then re-download app over a few months time. Hassle.

I have been using it and I'm in love, but now I can't access the app past the start up screen. Please fix this asap
Used this app for years and it's great when it works. However it's been hit or miss the last few months and now all I get it "please wait, updating" as it just spins. Totally unusable now even after several uninstall/reinstalls. Had to revert back to just using the website. Hope they fix it soon.
