CNC Simulator
The basis of the three-dimensional simulation model is a lathe with a classical arrangement of units, equipped with a CNC system, an eight-position turret, a three-jaw chuck, a tailstock, a coolant supply system and other machinery. Material processing is performed on two axes in the horizontal plane.
Field of application of the software product: educational process using computer technology: laboratory lessons of students in computer classes, distance learning, demonstration support of lecture material in the group of areas of training and specialties: «Metallurgy, Engineering and Material Processing».
The functionality of the simulator: preparation of texts of control programs of turning operations in the format of a standard GM code, checking control programs for syntax and technological errors, playing on the computer screen (or other computing device) three-dimensional graphic models of the main components of the lathe machine and metal-cutting tools to simulate the process of turning metal, the three-dimensional visualization of the process of forming parts during turning on the compiled control programs, visualization of toolpaths, implementation of interactive user interaction with the simulation model of technological equipment.

Everythingon this app seems like it would be great. Except the fact that it crashes evertime i select the programming screen. The app just closes if i try to tap it. Would be a really good app if that didnt happen. I even tried loading an existing program, and it still crashes if i select the program screen.
Super app for using when you don't have a Computer around. easy to use and beneficial for interns and intermediate machinists, i strongly recommend it, you won't regret it. And also it would be great if there's a milling machine version. Thank You. 👍👍
Can't believe the G02 & G03 are the wrong way round and also the G41 & G42 are too. Also doesnt allow you to open program that hasn't been written in the app itself, even though the free version led me to believe that you would be able to if you buy the app. I would love to rate this higher but im afraid these 3 issues, 2 are major flaws, has ruined it.
I had this app on my old phone and worked great! Now I have a Note20, and it seems like somethings are defective. Mostly the camera and angles. I can change angles via the button but it doesn't allow me to pan or move the camera with my fingers. So some views are obstructed.
I wish it had more drilling options. I use this to simulate prototypes on the go but I need smaller drill bit sizes. It would be vary helpful to get down to at least 1/16th. Also would be nice to program your own cnc machine specs to give true cycle times. Overall I'm happy with it.
When i installed the app all was superb. But when i closed the app and opend it again i can on see the workpeice and couldn't see the cutting tool and other parts. So request you to help me out
Fantastic app at an amazing price. I couldn't find any software that is reasonably priced for a student on my pc so to find something like this as an app for such a low cost is amazing.
I like the app.very much ,but the canned cycle is not working properly .and i also have a sugestion that plz provide the vmc and the control panel keys also to the machine.it makes the app more useful.Thank you.
Spectacular experience. Great app if you want to: Learn to Program CNC; Draft and Simulate CNC plans. I op a CNC machine but now I feel at least comfortable around some of the commands I KNOW I have seen scroll across the CNC program. I have experience reading and drafting blueprint schematics, I feel now I can translate that to a CNC, least dimensionally. I’m sure that there is more that I need to know in terms of setting feed rate, tool tolerance and machine specific maintenance functions.
This app seems like it would be awesone based on the visual appearance. I can't get the program window to open without the app crashing. Anything i can do to make this work?

Well, I've bought the app as I believed it would help me with my job and it actually does for sometime (2-3 weeks) then for some reason it start crashing every time I'm trying to open keyboard to write program and start the machine. The app says that it happens because it has a bug, but after clearing cache it won't work anyway. Very disappointed! Money in the bin
