CNC Simulator Free
The basis of the three-dimensional simulation model is a lathe with a classical arrangement of units, equipped with a CNC system, an eight-position turret, a three-jaw chuck, a tailstock, a coolant supply system and other machinery. Material processing is performed on two axes in the horizontal plane.
Field of application of the software product: educational process using computer technology: laboratory lessons of students in computer classes, distance learning, demonstration support of lecture material in the group of areas of training and specialties: «Metallurgy, Engineering and Material Processing».
The functionality of the simulator: preparation of texts of control programs of turning operations in the format of a standard GM code, checking control programs for syntax and technological errors, playing on the computer screen (or other computing device) three-dimensional graphic models of the main components of the lathe machine and metal-cutting tools to simulate the process of turning metal, the three-dimensional visualization of the process of forming parts during turning on the compiled control programs, visualization of toolpaths, implementation of interactive user interaction with the simulation model of technological equipment.

This is a very very good app and very educational.... But I only wish that we had better control over the diameter and length of the workpiece, right now it only increases and decreases in increments of 5mm but I think it should have finer control over that like 1mm increments... Please add that feature. Otherwise the app is absolutely great. Very happy with it!!
(at the time of writing this, first week of cnc gcode) I'm having trouble with G71/cycle pockets. If the app had built in pocket instructions in the [?] area for +/- X coordinates that would help A LOT. So far, besides that small issue, it's alright!! It is very good looking. Frequent glitches but just reset contour.
I enjoyed it but overall not too thrilled that I'm only running lathe. Was hoping for more of an option between lathe and mill cuz let's face it, lathe is limited where as milling is much more versatile (much more possibilities).
Very useful application....I made my first program on this simulator..this application is really very helpful but there are some bugs(app crashes sometimes) and some features that this application should have like editing controls while program is paused in-between, fast forwarding the previews...it do not detect some codes like A, Q etc....else everything is cool😎...... Waiting for an update....and also too many inserts are locked 🔒... Man it hurts...😅
Can't believe the G02 & G03 are the wrong way round and also the G41 & G42 are too. Also doesnt allow you to open program that hasn't been written in the app itself, even though the free version led me to believe that you would be able to if you buy the app. I would love to rate this higher but im afraid these 3 issues, 2 are major flaws, has ruined it.
OMG I installed this app and in the first ten seconds of opening I was slammed with adds with no option to close add. Tried to use app again and in 30 seconds yet again slammed with three adds back to back. Uninstaller add 5 minutes after installing do to adds popping up more than I could use the app.
very good app...concept is top notch ...i noticed that G73 cycle ball nose radius program does leave a flat surface at z0. no matter how much to fine tune the parameters ... also..npt, bspt threading insert need to be provided. overall its an amazing app for simple programming...but don't count for complex shapes to be made here with limited tooling
The only genuine CNC simulator available for mobile. This is by far the most helpful app ever created on playstore. Great work by the developer. This is a great contribution to humanity, one of the best tools available on internet. All the love and support to the developer. Will be buying the paid version too, just to support you. Else you have given every thing in free version itself. Really a game changer, and a life saver. Thank you developer.
Sir I am glad to have this simulator. Its awesome and it is best among all other competitor apps. But I would recommend you and your team to work on VMC also .. And one More thing is that all turret tools are not in working some of them are in use..... Except this it is awesome and more than awesome
Such a wonderful experience!!! I was thinking about that we have to develop an app for CNC like this till last year but I can't do this. And actually I found this last week! Wow such a brilliant achievement for us... And I hope we have to make a vmc simulator in future Thank you so much developer-
Everything is okay, But some issues I found out That is angle is not working ,it need xz points to make angle, So I can't put A value in direct angle programing. And Only limited size drills available. Plz add face grooving ,tap tool ,end mill tool.
Does this not have the option of using inches instead of mm...all my programs I write are in inches and I do not want to hassle with converting all of my programs Edit: Thank you so much, I am a programmer at my job and I love using this to proof out work!
This app is not proper working on LG q6 handset. It's automatically closed whenever I touch programming option. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
Awesome app too get knowledge I have one issue how to give angle in program I need help I have tryed many time it's not working as I given commands like, G01 X15. 0 A310 F500. 0; for 40° degree angle on boring end for Csk but it's not worked and searched many place it's become useless.
In programming, chamfer with angle is not working. Face groove work can not be done. Tool turret, tool post simulation not available where i can use tool according to my choice or any required direction as well as chosing of raw material size with increment or decrement in 5mm or 10mm is very difficult. It should be 1mm increment ot decrement in selection of fine size. Also, under cut profile like U shape in OD with G71 canned cycle is not working properly. Other functions working properly.
Verygood app. I use this for 12 months but some g codes do not work properly with entered command, g73 pattern Repeating is not working, some canned cycle is not work properly please update quick your app
Yes I have issue for the dark screen I have see someone has ask for the Black screen even haben with me To fix it its like that only If you open project and don't save it so the screen becomes Black If you close and open the project also told that you w miss the project To fix it Go to the settings Application Go to the cnc app Go to settings them Go to the storage Make clear cache Open The application and it's is work So and continue...
It is great app for CNC learning but if you add operating panel exact similar to CNC machines it helpful to learn like it is real machine

The spindle doesn't spin when I enter the gcode it's called out for and also tried it for mcode. So I typed them out and nothing the spindle wouldn't spin am I doing something wrong? Or is the app broken will give 5 star if willing to help out
The app is good, but the no of tools in tool segment are locked, only a few can be used. And a same app for milling machine vmc is also expected
After dark screen It is useless. We can't see the tools. Please fix the bugs.
Feed rate doesn't comply with set parameter crashes machine at more than 0.3mm per cut with roughing tool cant rotate around machine 3 of the set views are pointless paid the money sort the app disappointed really.
If the app will contained a finished measurement then it will more effective. There is no measurement system so how a operator can check the diameter, length, id of the job after machining.
Sir it's really good app to teach my students but in my phone this app was working ok in starting but after making some programs by myself all the saved program are misbehaving please tell me what I should do help me
Programming of turret is in upward side. But the position of turret is on wrong side it is on downward.and one can not give angle with code"A" like A45. 0. It must be corrected in this app. It needs update.
Some gcodes are not working in this app. & Axis not works then entered command with angle. So plz improve this. This is exelent app for learning cnc program.

Worth paid! If you're at all interested in CNC !!TRY IT!! Learn; Draft; Proof; as well.. Simulate CNC! Even if only conceptually. Developer updated to resolve most issues I had with the app. Now the only thing I have are issues that are device specific and I'm communicating with the developer about it (mainly editor input outside of virtual machine pad.)
