I think the app is having issues lately. I kept getting issues in transferring reward points to gcash and it takes time to get back reward points. 🙁
My item was not delivered to my address from the loyalty rewards points I redeemed. It's a total of two jackets and I even contacted the support and created a ticket via helpdesk but it was not helpful at all. I got transferred from support to another and the issue is still not resolve.
I transferred points to my GCASH. Unfortunately, It did not transfer and It got deducted to my point balance...Trying to message Support...NO ANSWER. 😕 That was Hard Earned Points...pls give it back...
The app has a feature to play games and win reward point but Sorry to say I played alot but the points earned and the leaderboard don't update it still shows the same after playing alot. I think it's just a waste of time to play game in concentrix rewards app.
Just terrible. I keep getting errors every single time I try to redeem anything. Not one transaction went smoothly. The last transaction was the last straw. No vouchers were created but the points were removed from my account. Not helpful at all.
Deceiving. Loyalty points is indicated on those products that you are offering but then it turned out that it cannot be used at all to buy the products! Wallet points is the only way to buy those. Make your presentations clear!
Really appreciate the application and the team. The games and the content is really good. I participated in photo contest and it was really nice experience to being the part of it.
This was supposed to make things fast and automatic. It turns out, it made things frustrating and infuriating. It made very simple things overly complicated and for what? Nobody knows.
Superb experience! I never thought it was that easy transferring my reward points into Gcash like in an instant! That was unbelievable! All I know it will take some time but over all experience is beyond excellent!!! Happy happy happy

A bit dissapointed, I was about to transfer my rewards (300) to gcash but then I got an error "Sytem timeout kindly contact administrator for refund" This happened twice last year around July-November the amount is 600 but I never heard back from the escalation team. Again this happened twice still no resolution. Will definitely change the rate once they have a resolution.
I tried to redeem my incentives by gcash. the order is processing and suddenly had an error. The order was not placed and the amount is missing on my wallet. I have tried to reach support twice and havent received any response yet. Why wouldt you just put our hard earned incentives straight to our pay?
Never having a problem especially tranferring rewards into a gcash, it was extremely fast as i expect.
TAT of converting points to gcash should be within 7 business days based on the app. It is way toooooo looooonnggg wait time already. The worst part is, its been more than 7 working days but still got nothing in gcash. So yes 1 star or maybe no star at all. :( This should make everything convenient but it defeats its purpose. Very disappointing.
May have few glitches at first but was enhanced right away.

The app is so poor. It keeps on loading... (takes forever) Options to redeem points are very limited, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app more than 5 times to have a better experience of the app but still got the same results. Have not used any app worst than this so far, errors pop up most of the time, loading, redeem errors and so on... I have no choice but to use it to get the incentives which are supposed to be imbursed with my salary, disappointed!

User friendly application, where there is lots of activities. To be very honest I love this application and I have reffered many frnds to use.
It would be nice to add the dates when the transaction took place. And the speed of crediting (convert to GCash should not take 4-5business days) that's waaaaaay too long. Update: Comments above no longer true - developer is quick to enhance. Thank you!
Gcash transaction is not working. The last time I used it, I have been deducted. Good thing it was refunded right away after I contact support. However now no option to convert rewards to gcash and also you changed the Lazada option to put the voucher to Lazada wallet and it will take 7 business days, OMG that's too long process. Hope you fix your bug issue
App is now working a bit as expected. There are occasions it will just load and you need to wait for hours to check for rewards. Hopefully this can still be improved.
Great app. Still exploring it. The app has some excellent offers and redemption process is very simple.
Excellent! My experience is very good and I love the offers and the Funzone section where I can chill with good games and for the rewards its very easy to redeem and use cheers to this app happy 😊
Delivery time is too long. Orders are not provided with ETA. Very poorly developed app. Not helpful at all.
This app is terrible and useless. Evrytime I redeem points I cannot use it through check out on shoppe. Im so pissed. Pls bring back my point. I didnt use it in anything it just doesnt working.😡

This is the first time that claiming GCash is very fast. Unlike before. It took 30 days to credit the reward on GCash... And Sometimes, when you open the app, took like 2-3 minutes before you successfully log in. I got 8GB RAM and 128+64 ROM. So it ia not about on Phone's performance. It is the app itself. Thanks!
