Over all app is great but its totally different from the web version it would be awesome if we could get some features from web app to to this app like calender integration i couldn't find inthis app and also i couldn't setup google calendar integration on the web app

I have used CoConstruct for two years now. I can't imagine going back to the previous chaos without it. My recommendation on this app, is to use it primarily for communications. Replace text messaging all together, and combine it with emails. This way, in the field, or at your desk, all communications with clients, and subs, can be managed much more efficiently. Don't expect this app to replace a computer or web browser login. I only use this app on my phone. Tablet I prefer browser log in

No matter how many times I install, uninstall, and reinstall it tells me it can't reach the server and to check my connection or try again later... There's no problem with my connection. Especially not every single time I try and use the app for multiple weeks in a row...and while everything else on my phone works perfectly. No thanks to this crappy app.

The Android app for CoConstruct is not bad, but there's room for improvement. For example, I cannot access messages. If I tap Messages on the project screen, nothing happens. Also, tapping a CoConstruct notification takes me to the project screen, not to the actual action that generated the notification. (I'm a client, by the way. Maybe team members and trade partners get different behavior from the app than clients do.) Overall though, the app provides pretty good mobile access to project information.

The basics are fine but awful that it discards draft messages if you move off the app to check anything else. Also both web and app make it hard to search. They should allow searching the specs. The app is better than the web version in that u can see multiple communications in the one spot, not just messaged. Also any messages should allow u to go to the spec that it deals with

Many of the features do not work consistently, when the app is fully functional it is incredibly slow. My entire crew dislikes the timeclock feature as it takes quite awhile to register log in/ out and frequently does not capture log out times if the worker does not leave the app on their screen while it takes the time to "think" . I would not reccomend this app.

Horrible, everything is slow. Just horrible. I hate it. I constantly have to make suggestions on how to make it better. Awful awful program. Budgets are confusing. Uploading videos are impossible on Mobile. Can't zoom in or scroll through pictures the list for on and on. It's TERRIBLE.

The company I work for is testing it out and asking for feedback and I gotta say, this app needs a lot of improvements. Compared to Builder trends this app is lacking basic concepts like editing a photo or being able to post multiple photos in 1 job post. Also my photos are Turing out grainy and not on portrait mode even tho I took the picture in that way... The app also loads real slow or sometimes not at all. The CoConstruct system as a whole is good but the app is sub par.

Useless. Web based version works fine but the Android app won't open the Messages tab on my Samsung phone. Now, it no longer recognizes my username/password combination. Exactly the same one I used to log into web interface seconds earlier is declared invalid on the app.

So I just switched from iPhone 11 to galaxy note 20. The app is now completely useless. It does not recognize log in information at all. Their mobile app sucked for iPhone and now simply doesn't work at all for galaxy note20. I've been a user for some time now and the tech support strings you along but never follows up. This system is supposed to save time and money when in fact it cost you more money in labor. One little mistake and you must start all over again. Many more problems too.

The app is okay, but has some dumb quirks. We used it extensively to communicate with our builder during construction of our home, and it was functional. We are post construction now, and are using the app for warranty requests. However, for some reason, I am not able to login through the app anymore; I can login using the website. I tried reinstalling the app, but it did not fix the issue.

Same experience as all the other posts. Hoping these negative reviews are being viewed by CoConstruct. The app no longer works after the last update. It always says that the username/password is not recognized. I've tried resetting my password multiple times, with no change. I am now using the website on my phone which is not a great experience.

Pretty glitchy. I think the issue is that the app doesn't minimize what it delivers to field staff enough and in the complexity delivered it glitches out. The truth is most field staff don't need half the features management staff do. Most apps fail to realize this. Additionally, the app URL and the web address URI not congruent so your mobile device is unlikely to recognize the relationship for things like saved passwords. Be aware of this for registration using Google generated passwords etc.

It looks amazing, except I often can't connect or its slow as hell opening pages up, I avoid using it and would rather communicate on email. Have uninstalles and reinstalled multiple times to no avail.

I keep having glitches on my One Plus 7 Pro. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling it but it seems worse. Works fine on my other devices so maybe it's just this manufacturer? It's so bad I can't even tell where to click. Screen is totally rearranged.

Latest update broke lots of features. Unable to select the communication option to view or reply to messages. Also unable to select settings Gear icon. Using a Samsung S10+, S9, and also S20.

Nice working app could be a little quicker on response when clicking buttons on tasks but i assume that might depend on my mobile signal. Most of the time its great but just decovered there were updates sitting in settings.

The app stopped letting me log in on the app, like all the recent customer complaints in these reviews. I even uninstalled it. I also logged into the web version and changed my passwords just to see if that works work. Nope. App was always pretty awful compared to the mediocre web service. Why builders are using this is beyond me. Deleted.

This service is no longer worth it. The app never works, it upsets alot of customers because they can't pay their invoice and have login problems. Technical support responds in a way that is similar to saying "oh well" or what would you like me to do about it" or "it is what it is". Those are highly unacceptable answers for 200.33 a month. Time to finally transition to ProCore and let Co-Construct keep their mess. I rather pay the higher fee for a service that won't drive away my customers.

I love this app! One problem is that new messages pop up on my home screen, and then I have to search all through all the specs tabs to find the full message. All in all, this app made communication with the builder very easy.

The bugs and glitches are causing me to have to find other ways to collect and save my project data. If this continues, I may be force to look for an alternative. Hope they resolve the issues.

Glitchy app and the interface is atrocious. As a customer that just had a house built using this interface it definitely was not a value add. Seems to be more a product for the builder.

Honestly, love the idea of this app. The developers are always trying to get our experience to a higher level. My former review had been edited due to the developer correcting the issue... great overall app.

App very slow app always bugs tried contacting customer support takes them for ever to answer one of the worst apps I've downloaded takes my atleast 4-5 tries to be able to punch in that is the only slow app that does that on my phone my speed test is very good therefore since it's taking you guys over 1week to actually solve my issue I'm leaving you a 1 star luckily I could put 0

Latly app freezes and shuts down, takes 1 to 2 minutes to open some line items, this happens after the last update. Before that it worked fine. Fix the bug

Awesome features that frequently don't work

Diffucult to use to communicate. Messages disappear when focusing to other apps or windows. Longer messages make it impossible to scroll through to review or even send.
