CO-OP ATM / Shared Branch Locator

Great app, really appreciate that you have created a co-op credit union app, because it gives people better options than using a bank or a regular ATM that charges $2+ for surcharge to get your money out. It's your money, why hand it unwillingly to a person, who basically just loads the cash and receipt paper, big deal.

The types of relationships it shows with other credit union is incorrect. I went to a credit union in SF that the app said is a Shared Branch with Walk-up services and they would only allow ATM services. This app can end up wasting a lot of your if you don't check in advanc with the foreign CU whether your account will be accessible or not.

I was traveling looking for a shared branch so I downloaded this app. The first Credit Union I went to said they could not find my Credit Union as part of the shared branches. I ended up calling my credit union( it was a 3 hr difference in time so I had to waite) when I did reach them, they informed me that they had not been part of that program for over 5 yrs, yet the site said it was . This site is extremely out dated and not reliable.

Frequently directs me to ATM's that aren't truly co-op (they charge fees) or aren't accessible to the public, but the app has no way to report these. I managed to email them once, and they told me to "contact the institution" - what institution? Aren't they supposed to be for all of the institutions? I've wasted so much time trying to go to ATM's that I can't use thanks to this junky app, and unfortunately there is NO ALTERNATIVE.

Terrible app! The data in the app is wrong/outdated. I'm traveling and yesterday (Sunday) I needed to deposit money in an ATM. I searched for open ATMs that accepted deposits. The closest one was almost 50mi away. I drove over an hr to find the drive thru lane reading, "Closed". I drive back today and the ATM won't take a deposit. I go inside and the teller drops and shakes her head saying they're not a member branch and have been trying to have themselves removed for some time. 200 miles

Half of these places charge a fee despite them being listed on this app. Also, you have to manually enter the address into Google maps to get accurate directions. Also, don't shove this COVID nonsense in my face.

Doesn't work at all. I know for a fact that there are at least three Co-Op ATMs within two miles of my home, but this app can't find a single one within ten miles. What a useless pile of garbage.

The website to search isn't working so the only option I had was to quickly download an app that doesn't work because it hasn't been updated since 2017. please either update the app or fix the website.

App does not list the correct services for my credit union. App says I'm only eligible for shared branches, but when I call the shared branch, they do not offer that service. However, I am eligible for co-op ATMs but the app says I'm not.

information is not current - it does not list all shared branches. the only reason I downloaded this app is because the shared branch website is not working. UNinstalling app.

Dumb app. Even if you can find the place you can't deposit. I need the apps creators address. I owe them.

Does not find all ATMs. My CU website locator search finds much more, especially stores that have CO-OP networked machines that this app misses.

I am quite glad that there is a quick and easy solution to finding coop ATMs. It works on my phone no problem.

How could there be no free ATMs at the bunches of nearby CUs?! The email doesn't even work for this old app.

Useless. Doesn't show all ATMs. Information seems to be very outdated.

I'm not sure if the list of ATMs/Branches is outdated or what, but there are several CUs that participate in shared ATM and/or branches around me that don't show up on the map.

I can access the same feature through my CU's website, but having the App is much easier!

Could not find any information on my bank Clearpath federal credit union. It didn't even tell me where the nearest shared branch or atm could be located. Absolutely a waste of time.
