• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.
The Co-op/Crown Taxi Hail application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30 days) for expense management and to quickly re-book the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.
You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

App still crashes on log-in. After over a year the crashes have not been fixed. Unusable as it is.
Can see why I havent ordered from these guys in awhile. App does nothing but show a popup stating that the app stopped working. Wont even load.
Super laggy to the point of just calling. Wasted 30 minutes try to book a cab. Wont use until fixed.
Used to work but lately just opens a black screen that never loads.
Be careful using auto pay. Drivers don't know how to use it and then charge you the wrong amount.
Works half the time. Other half crashes, guaranteed.

I didn't know that they are not operating in Markham, trip got cancelled and got a call from the operator, but still got charged with the cost of the trip.
This app is convenient enough, but in app payments are completely screwed up in my one experience so far. The driver did not know how to get paid from the app, so he responsibly called the dispatcher, who treated him with utter rudeness because beyond telling the driver the wrong page to look up in the manual (it's not page 48), the dispatcher did not know how to deal with the problem either. So in the end I just paid with my debit card and the ride was cancelled somehow. This has to be fixed. I don't want to have to always carry cash or pay a $1.50 surcharge fit using a card with machine in the cab.
I downloaded the app and it keeps saying to update app but there is no update available. So i still have to call and book a cab and waste daytime minutes
I downloaded this app specifically for my Toronto trip. I plugged in the pickup and destination addresses with no problem but the booking did not work. Clicking on the book button did absolutely nothing. Even an error message would have been helpful. Ended up calling for a different cab company. I'm uninstalling.
App crashes every time it searches for an address.
Very easy to use, quick, tells you cab number and physically shows you where car is, how far away, gives you name of a driver and dont need to have my CC on file just pay in car. Very efficient! Yes cab fare isnt exact as any estimate you use but heck when you are out at 2 AM in middle of nowhere and cant hail a cab this app is awesome.
App said $12 driver charged us $26.
Great app I like it a lot this app it's amazing one
After frustration with the "beck" app I downloaded this one. Really love the dispatch text and arrival text I receive. Very reassuring. Only negative is the destination/ map function, does not allow you to be specific enough...however, only a minor issue. Plus the service was great as usual
Can't even use the app because can't make an account. can't enter name, number, anything. Keyboard keeps hiding itself
App keeps crashing. I just installed it, was creating an account, and it crashed. I can't get it start up at all for me to see if I successfully created an account. Upon reading reviews, I'm not the only one with this issue😞 Pretty useless unfortunately
