Co-operative Bank Merchant

Very very useless app. It keeps stopping before you try to open the app. Very disappointed with Co-op bank. Very shameful for a bank of this magnitude to not be able to fix such an important tool for its customers. I'm surprised that even after so many bad reviews thay still haven't fixed it. I'm starting to worry that if they can't handle something as simple as the app. How in the hell do we trust them to handle our money? Very useless.

Annoying App, you guys why don't you read the reviews to make rectification where required. It just keep on saying "verifying credentials" and doesn't login. if you try *667# as the option, you charge a whole 35 bob. You guys are annoying to be honest.

I've just opened the app,nowhere to sign up they're telling me to put my user name and password, I mean how's that possible if I haven't sign up on the first place, the keeps on telling me wrong user name or password

The app is so inconvenience . Its not working ,keeeps on referring someone to activate all the time. Went to the cop brunch nearby never got help they claimed everything is okay wich its not . You guys need to work on your app services .

Just downloaded the App but after keying in my ID and password the app is not proceeding beyond 'Verifying Credentials'. What could be the matter?.

The worst bank app to use. The so called customer care numbers go for long unanswered. I wish you visted your competitors app very and direct.

This app made me open banking accounts with different banks. The app is useless; it cant even verify. Not even worth one star rating!!!!

i have always been calling the customer care for help and they always keep me on hold and they never pick up my call, and the safaricom number charges are high and you never call back

I wish I didn't waste my mbs downloading such a useless app. Once you enter id and pin it keeps on verifying nothing. Its annoying

i have never seen an like this isn't responding and isn't giving me feedback if you are planning to download it you are wasting your time and money.and even the customer care isn't helping and they know nothing about the app

You need to upgrade your App total waste of time. Was it tried? It doesn't work.

How do you activate the app.whenever i try to log in it says i should update the app by dialing *667# yet i had registered long even before knowing there is an mcoop cash.

It cant download , it just keeps on saying verifying , it can even verify for over one year

This is like the worst bank in Kenya. I have been visiting my branch for like 6 months now to solve a single issue ACTIVATE MY CARD FOR ONLINE TRANSACTIONS. The customer cares will always lie to you "Everything is okay now you can transact" try paying and payment can't proceed. When I call, they say it's not activated but they will activate right away. I am heading to another bank right away and open an account. I can't stand Cooperative Bank. You guys have made me lose lots of opportunities...

Keep stopping since i installed it. Can't use dial to check my account balance now this?!
