The app is good but functionality is simple. It's good for transfers and account viewing however, you provide services such as bill payment which I should be able to transact within the app. Additionally, app notifications should be implemented when transactions happen on the account. Transfers to other financial institutions should be implemented. Just a few ideas. It also does a weird flash when you close it and you have to sign back in. It's good and simple to use but it could be great.

Not sure if the app is undergoing an upgrade, but it is not working currently (6/21). Also, as others have suggested, it could stand to be more robust in giving options for bill pay transactions and notifications. Otherwise, this is quite an impressive and secure app to use. Hopefully, the recent bugs will be fixed quickly.

It is very convenient for those that can't physically get to a credit union outlet especially on a lunch break. It has a user friendly interface especially for people that may not be tech savvy. In short I love it.

Simple and user friendly. Aesthetically nice👍 Would be grateful for features that include pword reset/change in app, bill payments and definitely faster updates regarding card activity as it is Mastercard. If uncertain about online payments going through there's about a day's wait via app to see it. Yes I know I can visit the atm but not cool especially if the card's info is stolen, you would not know the person went on a shopping spree. Other institutions notifications are almost immediate.

App is pretty simple and straight forward and easy to use. One thing I wish though would be the ability to pay my bills direct from here also. Still have to sign into the online banking portal to do that

It's a great app to money manage and keep a record of all transactions, my only Con in my opinion is constant changing of Passwords.... Yes to keep it secure but sometimes it's too often. Love the app!

It's decent but very limiting the one thing that grinds my gears is there is no password recovery option and when you go to the website to reset your password it doesn't work and I have to go to the main branch just to have it reset it's really annoying

I have had a good experience using this app. However I needed to know if this card can be used to pay surepay Bill's online just the same as the banks cards are doing.

Can't sign in. Keep getting repeated error. Quiet confusing. Would think the app was designed to make your online experience easy. More like quite horrible.

Love the app. Only thing needed is to add bill payments options in the app!!! Hope to see improvements.

Good app for what it is. Very simple, needs more functionality, as to be able to pay bills, alerts on account activity. I cant even view my own account nunber if I want to give somebody for them to send me money

Very good app fast and reliable Only one thing is to have another bill payment add-ons like digicel and also to be able to make transactions to other entities, just saying.

Great love the app, but finger print requires me to enter my password everytime I log in. If I have to put my password in everytime even though I have finger print enabled it seems pointless to offer the finger print options

Works well for whats it does but has very limited functionality. It only provides balances ,allows transfers between accounts and pays credit union loans but does not pay utilities or outside loans.

I absolutely love this app and get no issues whatsoever. My only suggestion would be a feature to pay bills via the app instead of having to log on to the actual website.

Very good experience. Would like to see a few more features such as budgeting and bill payments but it is a nice app for what it is right now.

I cant use the app it keeps on telling me about a pin when i enter the pin it doesnt work ,then i have to log on using the internet and that is a waste of time ...If that pin issue can be resovled then its a really good app

Compared to the other banking apps this is far behind more functions are needed such as paying bills through the app or transferring money to someone. Just for starters.

Very good app. Transfers happen instantly many times I am on my way to the ATM or cashier and I do a quick transfer and it's there! No hassle.

Easy to use, with real time updates. Only reason i didnt give 5 is, I cant access account statements in pdf or a printable file.

I hate that this app does not work . You sign in and it keeps saying please wait' and yes it worked before now it is playing the fool and there is no option to reach out to any one or nothing. The developer don't even read the comments. Talk about sloppy work

I love this app. Its easy to use and fast when dealing with transactions. Would really like a feature to pay my bills.

Very user friendly and can access all your accounts. The only problem I have is that I am unable to transfer money out outside financial banking institutions.

Can't login on the app but the website is fine. No point calling to get help since they don't know how to troubleshoot besides making me reinstall the app.
