This apps was functioning well in the past. Suddenly popped up with error. Attempted to reopen fod numerous times but still error. Then, i tried to uninstall and reinstall. Worst still, i couldn't login at all. Phone registering was stucked as I was unable to change the phone country code in the setting. Please help...
Not even able to open the app. Really you can never rely on OYO.
The previous Oyo Owner App was much better. Infact till yesterday I was using the old App for most of the features. Unfortunately the old app is no longer working from today. Please add the "Hotel Collected" amount for checked-out bookings for today, yesterday, this month etc, just like it was in the Oyo Owner App. Also the ongoing, upcoming bookings are often not displayed accurately in the new Co-OYO app. Please fix these issues urgently to make the app useful.
The old app was exellent, why change it to this horrid, inconvenient one, not user friendly at all. Cannot generate the reconciliation sheet either.It is also extremely ugly to look at.... Very kiddish & unproffessional.

The app is not accurate enough, it hangs frequently and the data shown aren't accurate. Need to update and solve the issues.

Bakwass app. Everytime i open screen autometically turns black.
No new upcoming bookings are updated. App gets stuck at same upcoming bookings for 3 - 4 days. All of their representatives are always busy with meetings or are out of city, no issues are resolved ever. Highly dissappionting
The App has major issues not to mention terrible UI. Half the time it doesn't work. For a company that big and can't get an app in order since months is shameful.
All this app is designed to provide profit to oyo and to cheat the hotel owners. One of my worst experience to sign contract with Oyo. The rates settled with hotel at the time of signing the contract are all declined to there minimum low value without intimating the hotel owners. Worst#Bad..
Your team just fools us by giving false commitment. You people don't have courtesy to answer our calls. If their would have been below 1 start ratings I would have given it. I did a booking through offline channel of OYO travel agent portal and they refused at the end moment and reason given was hotel sold out.
application don't work properly. we can't generate recon sheet. very unprofessional team, not getting any support from techinal team as well.
There seems to be a glitch, hotel is having 100% occ. while the app shows 0%, even the earnings coloumn does not match with actual revenue.
There is no reconciliation sheet in the app. How and where will I see my share and Oyo share?? Where will I check the booking all together? Please improve your staff knowledge who is just sitting in front of computer and taking there salary just for free and teach them how to make an user friendly app. If you are launching a new app at least take the good functions and categories from the previous app do one can easily use the other one. Do it as soon as possible..!!
Worst app to manage the Hotel booking,cancilation,automatically adjust pending booking to Cash at Hotel account. We are only the partner of about 25 days and facing lots of problem.Wrongly shows the revenue and adjust the cancilled booking the Hotel Account.
lot of features not working, commissions get activated but intentionally they aren't allowed to be deactivated. OYO will be in court if it is in europe or america.
Very user friendly interface ...the reports were very insightful and the flow across modules is seamless. I liked the app and as an owner it helps me take informed decisions
Worst app. No reply provided by them. Ticket remains open for days and they don't respond. I call their AGM and Heads. They are also not responsive. Please OYO look into this issue.
Oyo Partner support is very slow. It takes so much time to solve a raised issue. Recon sheet also not there in app.

The app does not show the correct booking amount. The reviews and bookings are not visible sometimes.
Guest details are not available. Recon statement is not available. The app fails to open occassionaly. not of much use.

I am using this app for the first time..but when I login with OTP...it shows only white screen..tried reinstalling but doesn't work..
Very unprofessional behaviour from and interface is not nice
