This service is a complete scam they charge you top dollar for absolutely nothing and leave you stranded road side for 6 hrs like me. If you have a smart phone don't waste your money on this as you will get your problem solved faster and no bs middleman in the way.
installed on galaxy s7 and registration was a breeze. No problems. Apparently they have fixed the problem.
Unable to register despite having paid and being a member. Already planning on using a different service next year when my renewal is up.
A far cry from CAA.... Apparently a super fast efficient service as we were told when we bought the 1400$ 5 year plan! As I sit here going on hour 4 without a dispatch for a tire repair I 100% regret cancelling my CAA and will not reccomend Coach-Net to even my enemies!!
Would not let me register, said my member account was expired. It's not, so I uninstalled the app.
Couldn't register. Aleady have a Coach-net account so will just use regular web UI.
The app, as well as the services they provide are pretty worthless.
Cannot sign in on app with Samsung J7. We have a membership.
Can't register after installing the app on my new phone. Gives an error that it can't connect to the network
This app used to work on my Samsung S5 but locks up on my new S8, even after manually allowing all permissions.
I downloaded the app to my phone but cannot get it to register. It just hangs up after I enter my acct # and name and then freezes.
I love the Coach-Net app because it is simple to use, holds all my membership info, and shows me on the map where I am so I can tell the dispatcher the location/coordinates. Great product and efficient app!
Been paying for this service for several years. Tried to use app for first time while sitting along side I25 with a shredded tire. App crashed evey time I tried to use it . Very disappointed. Update: Have to manually configure permissions them it works on S 7.
First time opening.. will not let me register.. keeps locking up and saying registration not available at this time

Down loaded the app, opened it, filled out my profile, registered. As easy as that. No problems, looks to be a great app. They use your phones GPS to locate you.

Will not register app
Will not allow input of information. Membership number, etc. Been trying to register 10 or more times a week for over a month at all times of day and night. Always get "Registration Not Available", "can not connect to server" or similar.
Trying to register through the app with correct member number, name and phone. After about 20 seconds it always pops up an error saying "Could not connect to network. (265)
I want to like this app - but it fails to register so I can't get to square one.
I would have given a 4 or 5 star of the app allowed you to check the status of your account, change password, etc. It let's you look at your profile & request roadside assistance. To check account status you have to calm & wait in a long queue to speak to someone.
This could be a great app if they would have more features. For example: Being able to update your profile. Tips on what to do in certain situations until help arrives. Being able to renew your membership. I'm sure there's more.
App seems to have a solid foudation. Now more features would add immeasurably to utility.
I am new to Coachmen. I Received my ID cards and the letter touted the great Coach-net app. So I downloaded this app. Nothing in the letter I received said hey this app will not work on your phone. Only after spending a lot of time trying to get the app to work and seeing error "265". I finally called Coachmen and I was told they know it will not work on newer phones. They do not tell you upfront. Not a great welcome. If I were the CEO I would kick the IT guys in the butt and tell them to get it fixed.
Phone: HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE App downloaded easily and installed without a hitch. I was able to login with my Coach-Net membership number and my name and phone number and I was recognized immediately. This app was easier to install than the GS Roadside assistance app I had last year. The overview explains completely for my use. I am satisified and ready and armed when I experience a roadside emergency. Thank you Coach-Net!
Very basic but convenient app. Installed easily on Galaxy Note 8. No registration issues. The app is made for quick access to assistance and may substitute for a phone call if you have a data connection but no phone connection. If you want to see your account status click on the About Us tab then click on Go To Our Website.
