Only goes back to 2015, I have a 2013 Apex. Picked random model and tried several videos, took me to play store to "install" the YouTube app even though I already had it. Then when I opened the YouTube it played the ads but not nothing about what the video was supposed to be.
Super generic manual. It's laid out nice and has potential but Apex, for example, has like 20 floorplans and this guide says you could have 1 of 3 different types of refrigerator made by a number of brands. They could have easily gone into deeper detail here especially for the current year models but didn't. Not very helpful...
Well I guess if you need something this will work. I have a 2006 Aurora and the fact that it's not on the list is ominous. Maybe more are coming idk but I uninstalled it.
Contains almost no useful information. References other manuals for major components like the generator, heater, etc. but provides no way to obtain those references. pdf versions of the manuals are no longer available on the coachman site, so you are forced to use the useless app.
I bought a brand new 2020 Apex nano.How much money do I have to spend to receive a manual that discusses at least my specific type of camper. The app shows a motor home for half the videos. This has got to cost your dealers a pile of money just in fielding calls and going on service calls when a manual would answer this stuff. I never write reviews but this is bad enough that I felt a need. Too bad I am out of characters or I would keep going.
Does not have my 2021 new model listed. Can't find any info on my ac unit and whats normal with operation of it. Website just shoves me to this app which does not help.
I purchase a used 2019 Coachmen Freedom Express Ultra Lite which didn't have a manual. I downloaded the manual and it appears to have all the information that I need.
As far as an RV owner's manual it's not bad at all.
useless for anything older than 2020 AND doesn't help with any specific type of models.

Like so many on this forum have stated, this is an absolutely terrible app. I'm first timr RV owner who just invested $57K in a high end RV and the manuals are absolytely worthless. They are way too general and generic in nature. I have no clue how to use the water system or how to drain the gray and black tanks on my RV and the manuals don't help a bit. I trongly suggest Coachmen get it together in the tech writing department or they're going to lose customers by the droves.
This doesn't help me at all seeing as how I own a 1981 5th wheel. There's only 3 yrs of owner manuals on here. Don't waste your time unless you have a newer rv/camper.
All I was looking for was a few tips on my new rv. Being that I purchased a 2018, I found what I was looking for, but I can see how it could be frustrating if you are looking for something very specific that isn't listed here.
Might as well just download your manual from the website, it'll be easier to find later and nicer to read as a PDF.

This app is for 2015 and newer models. Not relivant for our '95 model.

All it contains is a short list of late model owners manuals. That's it. Suggestion...this should include list of Coachmen dealers, Coachmen discounts, apparel, COA contacts and upcoming get togethers. I deleted it.
It's a good start for owner's manuals for post-2015 models, but there is much room for improvement. Manuals are specific to the model year and line, but not that specific. For example, it'll tell you to look under the trailer for drain plugs, not where exactly they are. I do like the option to download manuals for offline use. The app should really include downloads for the older manuals on their website. And make it a complete owner's kit, with dealer locator, roadside assistance, parts, etc.
